I want to buy two -five acres and not pay more than $25000. It shouldn't be this hard. My goal is to raise a family on some land without HOA saying what can and can't be done! If my dog barks too loud, rember, IT'S A DOG! Prices are outrageous for land any more.

2-5 acres for under $25K? Any place with a combination of no job opportunities, lousy weather, and ugly scenery should fit the bill.
