When you attempt to grab at straws & use every news story that appears to build a case for your agenda, VY & Entergy, you have no credibility.
Attempting to conjure & control information by arranging the dots & then appearing to connect them doesn't work. Further attempting to then connect it to your agenda & issues becomes bald.
But, you don't stop there. You then try to segue into a picture you have painted that simply does not exist. It falls apart because there never really was any connection. The desperation is obvious.
Simply listening to pronuclear claque & assortment of industry insiders who weave their webs does not help. they are extremely self invested & dishonest. Though they are somewhat clever in their sophistry, it also falls apart when critical thinking is employed.
Note that the bs they shovel & share in their echochamber despite the warm welcome it gets from each other would never pass muster anyehere else which is why they stay there as the light is too blinding.
so says the likes of you.

Ideas and written words are a zillion times more powerful than bullets...

I give the situation as this. A big brut is physically beating a pregnant woman. Then I am coming at you with everything I got without warning...until you are stilled.

Yes telling the truth is much easier so when are you going to start? If an MOU is changed as you say the original one was then there would be ammendments attached to the original sale MOU. There isnt any because it was not. So again lie lie lie away to try and wiggle your way out. If there was ammendments made to original sale MOU then please PROVE it. Show me a document that shows that Entergy and VT agreed to the changes to the original contract (MOU). To use your favorite line, prive it or wire it shut. Oh yes you wont be able to prove it because it does not exist.
Feel free to keep on talking every day you show the undecided how much lying the anti VY side does to try and prove their point. You make a better case for us then Entergy has been able to.
I have always spoken the truth & challenge you to state where I have not. And, this is rich coming from you since you have been anything but truthful.

There are few undecided. I routinely post links to information which is actually a resource & will gladly repost if upon request. When you are given accurate info, you proceed to mislead & then spin your web of distortions.

I'm quite revolted by Entergy's machinations & continued hardballing & strongarming. They are victimizing their employees in their selfish gambit.

The nuclear game is to lawyer up, show they're up to a standoff & strongarm states into bending to their will.

Entergy knows full well that they have no case. This is about attempting to get VT to agree to something.

This will not work in VT-we are too well informed re these issues & close to our legislators which is why Entergy is on the run. There is an arsenal of activism willing to be unleashed & VT will do what it takes & fight to the bitter end.

Go ahead. Dump a few more million in VT. Entergy is not in good shape financially so if they wish to continue shooting themselves in the foot they certainly have a right to do so.

You seem to be forgetting something. Entergy/VY are here to service VT & operate for the good of our state, we are not here to service you or them. VT then allows Entergy or wghoever is providing services to VT to operate in our state per our standards, regulatory rules & laws. VT nor any other state has allow any outside utility to be in VT period. Failing to obtain a CPG, obviously, which Entergy has failed to do.

The information is very clear. They signed off in the original mou. Cherry picking information & documents which you choose to focus on while ignoring all others is pure folly. If you want a clear picture you should be seeing it through the eyes of those who have the say if you want to know the truth no matter how bitter, not those who have a vested interest. The reason PSB docket 7440 is not relevant is bc of the VY POP Supplemantal Report.

The different Acts were enacted to give more oversight to PSD & legislature (this is explained in Act 189) each time *Entergy* wanted a change to the mou for things such as uprate, on site dry cask storage & so on. The mou itself is obviously unchanged. The *terms* have changed & they are in the resulting Acts. Acts 160, 189, Fairewinds Reliability Report-the two most recent, I have posted *all* of them ad nauseum. They are the most recent & supercede all others.

Even though it is somewhat tedious reading PDFs, they are not very long, an easy read for the most part & shed light on the situation & give the complete picture. One a week doesn't hurt too much.

Synapse consulting work to JFO also sheds light on the PPA & why it was rejected by VT.

Everything you want or need to know is here. This is the JFO link to all of the VY documents from 2005 or so to the present, starting w/most recent. Some of the VT state websites have moved or been changed:

Well, then he takes out one person instead of two.

I am 57 years old and my record bike ride this year was 80 miles in about ten hours....I routinely ride over 50 miles in one day.

If you have issues that bad, you just go to the police and let them handle it. I have confidence in they would listen to you.

I served on the experimental nuclear submarine USS GP Lipscomb SSN 685 from 1976 to 1980...entered in 1974 just before the jackals were circling President Nixon. I was in the Navy for 6 years.

Think of how rare a event like that is...being in the service when a president resigns?

Better to have a pacifist holding the keys, though all the old nukes are decommissioned. I wonder who will be holding the keys when the state of VT is decommissioned?

Do you think that the Green Mountain Boys / Air National Guard will survive if Shumlin is Gov for more than two years?

Are Peter Shumlin's daughters enlisted in the military? If he were royalty in England instead of Vermont, they would have to do some time in the armed forces.

We can all "serve" in other ways than the military.
