Saudi swing petroleum producer again?
Oil prices drop on Saudi assurances, analysts say
March 20, 2012 share
Oil prices fell on Tuesday after Saudi Arabia, the world's biggest crude exporter, repeated its pledge to make up for lost Iranian output, easing supply concerns according to analysts.
Brent North Sea crude for delivery in May slid $1.58 to $124.13 a barrel in London midday trade.
New York's main contract, West Texas Intermediate crude for April, shed 88 cents to $107.21 a barrel.
"Today, crude oil prices have been under pressure amid reports that Saudi Arabia has resumed the mantle of swing producer and would seek to restore 'fair' prices by making up the Iranian short-fall," said Sucden Financial Research analyst Jack Pollard.
The Saudi cabinet on Monday released a statement vowing to "ensure adequate oil supply, stabilize [the] oil market and bring down oil prices to reasonable levels to both producers, consumers, and the petroleum industry," according to Arab News, a Saudi-based newspaper...

So we are talking about the fear of the Israelis bombing Iran...well, they first one throwing the biggest bomb at Iran is the Saudis.
#4 Mar 20, 2012
How about the Saudis and Israel colluding on bombing targets and bombing....
#5 Mar 20, 2012
One could only hope it comes down to this scenario.
The Saudis are responding to this... take out Iran and we will cover their oil lost.
U.S. War Game Sees Perils of Israeli Strike Against Iran
The two-week war game, called Internal Look, played out a narrative in which the United States found it was pulled into the conflict after Iranian missiles struck a Navy warship in the Persian Gulf, killing about 200 Americans, according to officials with knowledge of the exercise. The United States then retaliated by carrying out its own strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.

That is the Saudis giving Israel and the USA the green light to take out Iran. All we are waiting on is the Saudis saying we will pay for the Iran war.
Course they might have already said that, something like, we will flood the world for 5 years with oil and drop in price will cover the war.

So the Saudis can produce oil for 2 to 4 dollars per gallon...
And they are talking about the fracting miracle making the USA totally petroleum independent in a few years...

I doubt it...we have an Obama administration energy tsar saying we should have energy prices equivalent of Europe so people will conserve for global warming purposes....of course the left wing science hasn't even produced any science which says we can do anything that will actually slow it down.

Iran says OPEC is overproducing by one million barrels a day.
#14 Dec 10, 2012
DUBAI: OPEC members collectively are producing about 1 million barrels a day of crude more than needed, swelling oilstocks at a time of weak demand, Iranian OPEC governor Mohammad Ali Khatibi said on Monday.
The 12-member group is expected to stick with its target of 30 million bpd when it meets in Vienna on Wednesday, as Middle East instability keeps oil prices well above $100 despite weak demand forecasts and a build in inventories.
OPEC pumped more than 1 million bpd above its 30 million target in October and November, according to Reuters surveys . It's latest projection is that demand for its crude will average 29.7 million bpd in 2013.
"Western countries are entering economic recession, the United States has not finalized its budget and there are contending views on handling tax issue in the country," Khatibi was quoted by Iranian oil ministry news agency Shana as saying.
OPEC experts were meeting on Monday to assess demand for the cartel's oil and prepare a report to Wednesday's ministerial meeting.
OPEC said last month that economic weakness in some major consuming countries could shave 20 percent from its global demand growth outlook for 2013.

So Iran is tanking and they are compensated by over producing oil...stealing income from other oil producers.
When does it become a price war...the lowest cost producer can wipe out the higher cost producer...
Oil producer and production distruction...
#16 Dec 10, 2012
Let's hope the price war begins and keeps going for the next couple of decades. And let's start pumping money into our own oil development and start driving the international price down too.

Flashback to 2005:
The Myth of 'Peak Oil' http://www.infowars.com/articles/economy/peak...
"These memos outline a deliberate agenda to gouge prices and create artificial scarcity by limiting capacities of and outright closing oil refineries. This was a nationwide lobbying effort led by the American Petroleum Institute to encourage refineries to do this."
An internal Chevron memo states; "A senior energy analyst at the recent API convention warned that if the US petroleum industry doesn't reduce its refining capacity it will never see any substantial increase in refinery margins."
The Memos make clear that blockages in refining capacity and opening new refineries did not come from environmental organizations, as the oil industry claimed, but via a deliberate policy of limitation and price gouging at the behest of the oil industry itself.
The major oil companies would have you believe that we are running out of cheap plentiful oil and the future is grim.
Not so claims various experts who have proven that today’s oil did not come from decaying dinasours, but instead that oil is produced deep inside the earth’s mantel by geophysical forces, and that the only reason wells appear to run dry is because they get silted up - similar to how a dirty water filter eventually clogs up and quits flowing.
The purveyors of this modern day myth want you to believe this lie so they can continue to raise and price of oil, and thereby legitimize their military occupation and take over of oil rich regions.
And because we are supposedly running out of cheap oil, the next step is to wipe out whole classes of people who are considered “useless eaters” to insure the survival of the more privleged.

apparently ewe haven't heard of NAFTA & GATT
the globalist banksters control the whole shebang
over in Europe they have the EU mikey and soon the Pacific Rim countries will join with the EU and AU and become one, but for now those Three have their leaders in the Trilateral Commission and Bilderberg Group trying to put it all together
jut as with CERN having three 6's, see the three 6's in the logo of the Tri-Lats--> http://www.google.com/search...
the problem at the moment for the NWO global elite banksters is that certain oil countries refuse to trade oil for US dollars, so they have to suffer US/NATO war actions and sanctions etc. on their countries

If Russian prime minister Putin’s recent description of America as “a parasite on the world” were reported by the US media, little doubt that most Americans would be infuriated.
And what was the Real reason for the Iraq war?
