Really? Karma justifies a dead man, a father/son/brother etc? And two others seriously injured? So you're saying anyone that has done anything wrong in their life, no matter how big or small, deserves to have to deal with that? Hmmm I hope you are perfect, because I would NEVER wish this situation on anyone.

SMITHFIELD>> A Bouckville woman has been charged with criminally negligent homicide in connection with an automobile accident that left one man dead and two others injured.

Thursday, at 12:32 a.m., New York State Police in Morrisville were dispatched to a report of a personal injury auto accident on North Butler Road in Smithfield.

On arrival they found Corey M. Stoddard, 25, of 1003 Deep Springs Road in Earlville, dead of massive head trauma.

State police report two others, Spencer T. Bartlett, 21, of 5819 North Butler Road in Oneida, and Dylan R. McNabb, 21, of 405 North Main Street in Oneida were also found at the scene, and transported to Upstate University Hospital where they were treated for apparent non-life threatening injuries.

Investigation revealed that the vehicle was driven by Megan A. Lee, 19, of 6115 State Route 20 in Bouckville.

Lee was located at a residence near the accident scene where she was charged with driving while intoxicated, criminally negligent homicide and first-degree vehicular assault.

She was arraigned in the Town of Lincoln Court .

Investigation into the scene itself revealed that all four individuals were riding in a 2000 Chevy pickup truck which was being driven by Lee.

They were traveling south on North Butler Road when Lee failed to negotiate a curve, exited the east side of the roadway and struck a silo.

State Police were assisted at the scene by the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, the Smithfield Fire Department and SEVAC Ambulance.

totaly agree. With u. She made that choice to drive after drinking. And should be heald accountable for her actions. She was old enough to make the horrible decision to drink drive and put other lives in her hands. And then after seeing what she had done she tried to run and Blaim the other kids. How do u run knowing u just watched your friend die and the other 2 r injured?

really! some one deserves to lose thier life. or deserves to be layin in a hospital bed for months. if it was your family or friend youd say otherwise. yeah when your young you make dumb decisions but these kids did not deserve this. who would? mabey you? yes they shouldve made a better choice, but thats why they are suffering now.

U people seem to forget 95% of us have done this when younger. And most still do. I don't think it's right. It's was very poor judgment but it could happen to anyone of our kids or an adult. It was a bunch of kids making horrible decisions and it resulted in something horrible. It's wrong what half of u r saying. 4 lives and 4 family's r forever changed with this event. Have a little compassion and stop the trash talking. You don't know what tomorrow holds for you.

Corey was a relative of mine. He didn't deserve this. He was amazing and I miss him every day. Drunk driving is serious and because megan lee was driving drunk they crashed into a silo. I hope you guys reading this pass on the message of how wrong drunk driving is.
