To all you Sussex County girls that gave my daughter a very tough time; she's doing do very well!! I can see by your 15 plus weight gained at college and your drinking binges that you are not doing neary as good as my duaghter is. You all know who you are; those that claimed it was my daughter causing the problem; but, she is succesful and not some college drunk. Same goes to the parents of these -itches; you reap what you sow and you deserve what you get. God has graced me with wonderful daughters despete Vernon's attempt at ruining their lives. You deserve the fat =sses you have achieved through your binge drinking.

It is better to laugh silently than to vent at them. I'm happy for your girl! There is always one that the others or "in crowd" feel the necessity to take pokes at.....we had one when I was in highschool.... she turned out to br BEAUTIFUL and SUCCESSFUL in the business world and every male was after her. Congratulations to your daughter!

Thank you and I'm trying to work on the silent part of the accomplishment; but, still very angry. Hoping to get to the silent laugh ASAP.

It looks like you are the bully now. You are an adult, and this is how you speak to kids...by calling them *itches and fat a$$es? And to top it off, you are doing it on a public forum while hiding your real identity. Real mature. Looks like you are the one who needs to grow up. Not to mention the numerous spelling and grammatical errors. Have you ever heard of spell check?

No, my daughter is 6. I just worry about her when she gets older, and moms like you are scary.

You are obviously a very troubled person with nothing intelligent to say, so you insult people. No wonder your daughter gets picked on, she is probably just like you.

Oh, that was real mature.

Remember the tile of your post? If this is how you behave towards people you don't even know, who have done nothing to you, it's no wonder your daughter gets bullied. That's karma getting back at you for your nasty attitude towards others. I hope your daughter is able to overcome the trauma of having you for a mother.

I won't be responding to any more of your posts, you are obviously not capable of having a rational conversation.

Karma doesnít work like that. Her ďnastyĒ attitude would not effect the daughter unless her daughter did something to the person or persons. Karma focuses on ones deeds and their deeds alone. She may have a bout with the Karma Cops by venting her joy over the weight gain, if she wished it to be so, otherwise nothing will happen. Iím sure she went though hell watching her daughter suffer. Lets all hope those of you who have little children now never have to go through a teenager being an outcaste, picked on or made to feel less than human. These are the reasons we read about teenage suicide, but then itís way too late to correct. Would anyone care for a doughnut?

I wish the best for you and your daughter. My daughter was bullied, because she happened to pick things up faster than the kids that bullied her did.

The truth is she is very intelligent and in a better place now.

I know what it feels like, kids bully other kids, and parents bully other parents as well. Sadly, parents are the worst.

Good luck to the both you.

Again, thank you; so sad and relieved at the same time that it was not just "in our family's mind".

I spoke from the voice of experience. No it was not either of my children, it happened to ME! Children can be cruel and back then there was no awareness. Parents didn't get involved in kids fights, they didn't run to the police pressing charges, retain an attorney nor did they get the school involved. Yes you might have gotten a vacation for a few days, if it happened in the school yard during school time. I remember a few times two boys wanted to fight each other, the gym teacher took them to the gym and put the boxing gloves on them...it was setteled without further incident to everyones satisfaction.

Those were the days my friend; but, unfortunately we tried it that way and our child was charged with simple assault and spent time in a detention center for a first offense of beating up the bully. HOWEVER, that bully has NEVER opened her mouth to my daughter again. So it was worth every penny to give the bully what she so rightfully deserved. Talk -hit get hit!

The mouth closed, I'm not surprised. Sorry your daughter had to spend any time for what I would consider defending herself. On the bright side, if she was under 18 at the time she will still be able to get a good job without concern of a background check.

I was picked on by a girl 3 years older & a head taller for close to a year. When I finally got angry enough to beat her up, my dad came outside and told the father if he didn't control his brat he was next...end of problem.
