I accidentally bumped into Quinn at a street fair in Chicago last year, rude as hell. It was only when I thought I recognized him and took a second look that I noticed all the news media following him around. By then there were people that had moved in between us, because seeing his ugly mug up close made me want to put my foot right up his ass. Thanks, Gov. Quinn for shutting down Tinley and Oak Forest. Hope you've hired all the new staff for the county jails, which are quickly becoming the new mental facillities, because they get in trouble, or puicked up for being homeless and talking to themselves, and boom, now they are in the corrupt cook county criminal system.
As a pysch nurse, we took in so many of these patients, in specialized nursing homes, gave them their meds and food and a warm bed, their symptoms subside and they are as stable as many who are not "patients". Now they are in with dangerous criminals who will prey on them, or agitate them into a worse state of pyscosis! Give me 3 minutes with Quinn in a cell with an unmedicated uncontrolled schizophrenic who is paranoid, agitated and ready to rape his ass. That would be true political justice, hah!!
