sexually explicit comments were made to my 9 year old daughter by a man named Brian Smith that lives a few houses down in a blue house. I called the police...they said he is going by the name Brian Smith, that he was just released from prison/jail. My daughter is obviously a young girl, and looks obviously like a young girl....this jerk is still on Roxboro Rd Vemilion Ohio. PARENTS WATCH OUT!!!! His comment was "Man, I'd like to F*** that"-----TO A 9 YEAR OLD GIRL!!!
