Hang the creap! Nothing can protect him now: Not mommy, daddy, not his family money. Why? Because if they had half a brain, they'd see the Man of Tee-Bee-Do is screwed. It's time to throw the apron strings away and let the little pussy handle this all by himself. He won't win and neither could the Schwang family. They will loose their money and land, all because Teebe-Do screwed up and their family code says they should help him.

Well, not this time. Let him take it on the chin all alone. HE NEEDS TO GROW UP AND TAKE THE BLAME! Now is never too late Junior. Grin and bear it and take one for the family. But, you won't. You never have and you never will pussy. Take 'em all down with you....

The person who killed my father got his charge reduced to "misdemeanor vehicular homicide" go figure that one out. You can never learn too much about the law I guess. You now know that homicide can be a misdemeanor. To my knowledge he served no jail time not even the night it happened. I guess its like saying accidents happen. Now If he were drinking (he was not apparently, so they say) they could have thrown the book at him. Because they could say it was no accident, you caused it by drinking. Even though you do realize sober drivers kill twice as many people as drinking drivers. Just saying, what's the sober drivers excuse? How reckless do you have to be to not be able to judge the distance of a Harley? I remember my Dad's Harley having 4 headlights on it, that are always on. Oh well we miss ya dad.

I would like to talk to you sometime, most likely email or phone if you're willing to give me either or both. I have a opinion based on a personal perspective, which I think will help how you feel.

THAT, is the actual cost to him for what was the price of that poor man's life?! I'd say that was pretty darn cheap. To the family, we are sorry. Really, some of us are truly sorry. Rest in Peace rider, rest in peace...

I’m flabbergasted! And our civil suit against the tractor pull for clogg’n up the roadway with traffic and actually causing the wreck was dismissed out of court! Now if I was having a huge party at my residence with vehicles lined up out on the street blocking the road to get in and drive by and causing motor fatalities you can bet the law would be over to get on my ass. But let big business do it and its no problem!

Sorry for your loss. The entire Family he comes from are cruel people. They take what they want at any cost. They will do anything to get richer. They hide behind the catholic church . He is related to most of the county. The bloodline is very connected in that county. The younger generation all live in new houses with big trucks. They are still white trash. One of his cousins help destroy my family. They took my family and dad from me. It's all about the hard earned inheritence. I come from that family and I will always be disgusted by that part of my blood. I wake up every day knowing I should have been aborted. I hope you will find peace in the future. I will not until my last breath.

It was a freakin accident. I pray you never have an accident and have people talking crap on you. He and his family have been drug through the mud enough. I know them, and I myself find them to be good caring people. They have been there for others many times and I'm sure they will continue to be. And as far as them being a close knit family, well, in my opinion that is what family is all about. I know a life was lost, and my heart aches for that family and I hope I never have to experience that myself. He has to live with that the rest of his life. Come on people. It's old news and people are moving on.

I 'm not jealous of them but what family they took from me. People feel loss no matter how it's taken from them. I live my own life on my own terms. I don't post pictures on Facebook to hurt others. I don't post pictures other people have access to send them in the mail. Pictures showing the only father they had celebrating holidays without them. I have my own land. The land I own has come from my hard work.

This is not the first time a Catholic defendant has gotten off lightly for causing a vehicle homicide in Richardson County. It seems the Catholic Church has a lot of pull with the court. It's not uncommon to see a Priest present when a "Fine Upstanding Catholic" defendant is on trial for vehicle homicide.

To "My Opinion" it may be old news; but the case is still in Litigation. It is in appeals court right now; nothing is over till its over. I'm not money and I really didn't know what to do when this happened. The way I look at it its pretty simple. Something was stolen from me; namely my father. Now whether that theft was on purpose or by accident the result is the same. Something has been destroyed without any retribution being given to the victims family what so ever.

To "Like to Talk to You"; I've given my email address and haven't seen anything from you come in.

Also its pretty clear to me that the next night after it happened there were police out there doing their job to protect and serve people. That is a pretty clear admission of guilt or neglect of duty or what ever you wanna call it. If nobody had a duty or obligation to enforce and protect public safety, why the obvious reversal of that decision on the following night?

Do they take us for idiots?

Yes, they do. But don't let them. Corruption is rampant in the F.C. court system, and has been for many years. It is 100% a "Good Ole Boys" mentality. The Catholic Church has the D.A.s and Judges in their backpocket. As well Business Owners. Life gets difficult if they don't go with the flow. It's like a cult, in my opinion.
