Maureen Shea, the 30 year old female boxer currently rated second among active female featherweights in the United States and eleventh in the world by Boxing Records , is set to compete for the vacant WBC female featherweight title this weekend, December 10, in Sinaloa, Mexico.

The WBC World Pro Featherweight Title between Maureen Shea (WBC #3) vs Diana Ayala (Unranked in WBC Top 30) is still Vacant pending WBC investigation . The WBC did not sanction or had no knowledge of this "World Title" promotion by MG Boxing in Sinaloa .
Shea & her management have been Informed sbout the investigations by the WBC , there for making the World Title VACANT !!!!.
