he shouldn't quit - IT HAS BEEN PRESIDUNCE odumba THAT HAS NOT LET BP CUT THROUGH FEDERAL GUIDELINES AND USE INCREASED BOOM & SUPER OIL TANKERS TO PUMP OUT THE OIL BEFORE IT HITS THE BEACHES & WILDLIFE HABITATS!

BP AND odumba HAVE DONE NOTHING!!! AND IN THE WORDS OF james carville - "hey mr president, people are dying down here"
