Thursday morning I nearly clipped a car head on as the driver was headed south on Beneva Road just south of Clark Road. The reson this occured was due to the extremely high grass in the median making it hard for me to see the approaching vehicle as I turned left to go onto Tree Line Road. Very dangerous to not cut the grass. It is not just a beauty treatment--it is a safety issue as well.
Respectfully submitted, Richard Allen Warner
