Just so everyone knows ventilation purification now goes by the name pure ventilation. Ads still in the clipper magazine, didn't even change the picture from their old ads. Can see the old company logo and name on the vans in the pic. Stay away from pure ventilation unless you like being robbed.
No that is not true. Ventilation Purification is still and will always be our name. Pure Ventilation is just put on the ad to attract people to our website which is pureventilation.com . Who ever this is has way to much time on their hands. Your probably one of the 2 copycat companies,(well your not really a company. You run your operation out of your house and take your calls on your cell phones) that have been riding my coattails and have to try and put down my company because you have no work because your equipment is nothing but a shop vac that you put in a personal car or pickup truck that you use as a company van that you should have as well as a truck-mount, but you don't. Oh and stop posting fake comments on here. Thanks and maybe If you worried about your own company and not mine and what I'm doing all the time, maybe you could provide a good service for your customers like I do instead of not. Plus both of you 2 copycats are both exemployees of mine that were fired for not doing your job right!

If it was possible to give 0 stars i would. I bought an offer for Whole Home Air Duct cleaning from LivingSocial for $60 for this company. THREE TIMES I had to reschedule, the first they scheduled me on Labor Day, insisted they were working, then called and changed it (fine, no harm no foul honest mistake)... second time they said they would be there on Saturday betweeen 11am-1pm... 1258pm i get a phone call that they are 4 hours behind and would be there between 2pm-4pm... i said UNACCEPTABLE (I find it unfathomable that the technician realized at 1258pm he was running FOUR HOURS behind!)... so they rescheduled for the following Saturday, between the same 11am-1pm and assured me they would be there... again, phone rings at 12:58pm the following Saturday with the same story... i cancelled the service and got my money back with LivingSocial (who told me that others have had the same issues). After my negative experience I did a google search on these guys and have seen nothing but negative feedback, one went so far as to filed a complaint with the BBB and also a police report for terroristic threats because he said someone with the company physically threatened him ( http://www.kudzu.com/m/Ventilation-Purificati... )... would highly recommend everyone avoid this company

You didn't get scammed. You were told what was included with your living social coupon when you bought it as well as when you booked your appointment. You were also told by your tech what was included with the coupon when they arrived for your appointment. You decided to have additional work done that was outside of what your coupon included that day by signing off on your work order giving the tech permission to do the extra work that was not included with your coupon you purchased that you decided to have done. Also on your coupon voucher it was written what all was included with the coupon you purchased and what other surcharges that applied for other work that could need to be done which was also 100% entirely up to you to decide what else if anything outside the coupon to be done. Everything was gone over with you before any work outside your coupon was even started and a work order to do what YOU ask the techs to do was also signed by YOU to do the additional work outside the coupon before the work was started also. If you have any question about your bill or anything else you should call my office and ask for me before jumping on some website stating things that are just not true. You have buyers remorse, nothing else.
Do you really think this is the way to run a business? Calling a customer wrong after you lured them into believing that service would be completed? Do you really expect all your customers to be an expert on what is involved in duct cleaning?

Legitimate companies don't run a business like this. And you'll likely get charged 5-600 dollars but it will be done RIGHT.

Wow, I just cancelled my appointment which was already re-scheduled. In both, they were stating they were going to be 3 hours late for a 2 hour window. How unprofessional! I can't believe I was so stupid as to not have read these reviews prior to purchasing my living social deal. Thank goodness they didn't have the chance to get into my home.

I am pretty sure that everyone in this company his hooked on heroin. Had a guy do a job last year who was practically nodding off when we were discussing price. I kicked them out, but my pain medicine conveniently went missing that day. Simple put, they should be making license plates in prison, not entering your home EVER!

The ad says $39.95 for unlimited vents and returns but was quoted with almost $350 which I understand since no moron will do a 3,100 sq ft house for that price. But the thing is the young kid who uses the brush to insert the brush into the vent only used one-4 ft section without adding another extension until I told him. The sanitizer they used wasn't even worth it. I told them I'd like for them to use the video so we can see whether they cleaned the vents and returns effectively. They guy said they don't have the unit only the sanitizer. I will never use this clowns again the future.

I got a Groupon for this company thinking it was a good deal. Was I wrong!! On 3 different occasions they didn't turn up to do the work. They called and told me their van was in a accident - all 3 times!! I explained to them they must have lots of vehicle insurance LOL. Avoid this company. They are unreliable. The only positive in my experience was Groupon refunded my money!!

The two guys that did my job were very professional and explained everything as they went along and made sure they showed me the vents after cleaning. My townhouse never had the air ducts cleaned and now I fell that I can breathe better. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks!
