FINALLY they got rid of this guy, I don't care if he was a freakin' honor student! He is a junkie now, and he has PERSONALLY VICTIMIZED my family along with his stupid friends...Is this ok because he is a good person? that my small children had to be stolen from???THANK YOU KITSAP COUNTY!!! I am glad he finally made it to the Kitsap boarder and they get all the rest of the scum he hangs out with!!!
