dr. f. kelly??

so my son went to dr. kelly sence birth and now i have no medical records i got a shot record from a data base but it was not up to date or even correct has any one had any luck getting there info ??? trying to get my son to a doctor has proven to be very hard they dont belive i have no record what happened to his office anyhow? i mean i went to him for 5 years as well and at least i know what i went for but there are important records my son needs and i cant get them!

I went to Doctor Kelly myself & have no way of getting my doctor records from him. He went out of business I'm told-not sure exactly why?-Try calling him at his home-he lives on Saltvale Road. I hope that helps you. I meanwhile have left the area & am starting all over again with all my health records.
