Everyone keeps saying be patient, but its pretty hard when neighbors right down the road have power and never lost it! I live in Chautauqua and it seems like we are always forgotten and last to get any service! Why, we are a big community with lots of needs too!We just lost power Saturday due to a car wreck and then this storm came and wrecked our lives again! Duke Energy trucks are riding around but no one seems to be helping us! It feels like we will never get our power on again! HELP!!!

Last nite on the news 2 numbers were listed to call if we didn't have power. Our neighbors do not have power or water due to pump. Do you have the numbers because they said DPL wanted people to call because they do not know who is still out. If we call DPL no one answers. [email protected] Help
