I too know the Harveys. Well, not the 14 or 16yr old. I am in just pure shock and am so disgusted with Chester and everyone involved in this horrific murder.
Sami, You dont think the Harveys are possible of this? Well I didnt either and I was wrong. They are a truely twisted "family".(if you would call them that) Chester seemed so caring towards thier 9yr old Dillon and his illness. I feel really sorry for that poor young boy. I gues METH really gets ahold of people and ruins EVERYTHING. Including their minds, lives and family. Now I am just assuming the drug use due to the mug shots and the whole twisted situation. I liked Chester but belive that he and ALL others involed in this torture and slaying should be charged with Capital Murder and put to death!!!
Thank you Rhyno

As James family member...they do, most definitely, deserve the death penalty. James' life was taken from him. Why should they be able to live? Even to get the death penalty wouldn't be punishment enough...it be too easy of a death for them! We never want to think that anybody would be capable of this kind of horrible act but they did it...I've read the court documents with the confessions. If they so feared for their life then they should have called the police? Don't kill him! I do feel sorry for the sick 9 year old who was in the home with all of this & whose parents were selfish enough to get themselves taken away from him forever...but they took James away forever from his son, family, and friends. He will be missed dearly!!!

I know the harveys also, I am 17 years old... and i know Jordan & ethan harvey as well as their mom, Angie I was in Audrain Co jail with them for 30 days... && yes they did a horrible crime... but taking the circumstances that they were heavily under the influence, in sum to a murder. They are people just like us. And Only god should judge them. My prayers go out to James Mcneely's family. And I hope he rests in Peace.

Baby, let me inform you of a few real facts that,at 17,you don't have sense enough yet to recognize or know.I mean life sense.

First off, they are NOT just like us.I sure as hell hope I'm nothing like these lowlifes who roped some guy in to help them truck drugs then chocked him in the basement strapped in a chair, helpless. That's sure not like anything I or the "people" I run with would do,I promise you.

Next, making statements about what they did and the outrage of it isn't "judging." It's calling an ace,an ace.I saw where they got their penalities that were due them here on earth, and, you are right in saying that God's going to judge them. But God gives the earthly responsibility to regular people like attorneys, lawmakers, and, ordina ry folks on a jury the right to judge,as well as the facts speaking for themself.
If you've already been in jail, and, you were in there with them for 30 days, then, through "jailhouse comradrie" you came to feel like 'hey, they are just folks like us."
Don't you believe that for a minute, and, try YOUR darndest not to EVER land in jail again,or you'll find yourself looking in a jailhouse bath mirror one day looking like, guess who? "JUST LIKE US."
NOT!

First off for all you people that think you know so much about the harveys you dont know a da** thing!! I know first hand bc I was very involved in all of their lives okay!! The kids Ethan, Jordan, Dylan, and Jayden they were all 4 amazing children.. The parents made the decision for Ethan and jordan.. How many of you can honestly set here and say youd stand up to your parents?? Not a damn onw thats right... You people say how you know the family? You dont know the family one damn bit!! You dont really know them unless your with them all the time in which i literally was! So until you people get your damn facts straight why dont you all stop talking crap and stop judging Ethan and Jordan!!
