how about me and all the family and friend of bo?? how about his son who is not going to be able to see his daddy anymore!! bo was a good spirited person who trid to do the right things.. he was handed the short end of everything and now his life too!! for you people to say you miss these people who killed a man who thought he was helping with work is pathetic!! you people need to rethink your morals and values as humans!! i hope you all get death, if missouri has it, and if not, i hope you think of bo's son as you rot in jail!! i wish i could have helped you bo when you really needed me.. but god wanted you for other reason's... RIP BO-BO!!! love you bro!!!

That was still no reason for them to murder this guy.Did these ignorant hillbillies really think they'd get BY with doing something like this???? LOL I for one am glad they're caught.Their little "plan" to make $ without doing any honest work backfired but they didn't have the right to kill this man.I hope justice is served on them but it won't bring the little boy's dad back.

If there is one thing that I have learned it is to not judge someone until you have walked in their shoes!!! I feel very sad for the young man that lost his life. I also feel that people are focusing on bits and pieces of what has happened. the young man was hitch-hiking and picked up by a trucker, he then lived with the trucker and the trucker's family for months when they devised a plan to make money....he then told others about the plan that were not involved with the plan, what did he think would happen? It does not excuse what happened to him but has anyone ever heard of common sense?
Everyone is sending their sympathy to the family of the man that was murdered but what about the family of the people that did this? Has anyone ever thought about how siblings, parents, grandparents, cousins, aunts, & uncles feel having to continue to be ridiculed in their hometowns because of what drugs have done to this woman and her children after her husband introduced them into the family?

yeah,I've thought about how the Harvey family probably feels. But if you think calling an ace an ace is JUDGING,well,I'm afraid you're pretty far off base there. It is what it is,with or WITHOUT judging. They tied this young man up and beat him to death,it probably took hours for him to actually die.I mean: is this not about the lowest of the low?
It's too bad about his family, they are victims, too. That's why they ought to want justice served for this without a pity party thrown in too.Nobody's "blaming" them.

I just happened upon this message board, but wished i would have sooner. This is James' "Bo"'s wife and his sons mother. For all of you out there talking shit about HIM, well its just ridiculous. He was ONE person compared to this FAMILY. You really think he was the mastermind behind their plan? i think and i KNOW that he was not. Even if he was, theer was no need for what happened. contrary to what many of you know of Bo he was a good smart genuine and very caring person who would give his last dollar away to anyone if they needed it. He attended many schools and acadamies and bc of a very unfortunate, undeserved youth life his life was led astray sometimes. all he ever wanted at this time was a good life for his son. These people will get what they deserve im sure of it.

The people in and around the Eolia-Paynesville community could fill you in about the Harvey's. They cried poor and needed a new home for their sick son. The community raised money and built the family a new home that they mortgaged to buy fancy toys and lost it.

Also what kind of people involve their children in something like this. If they thought this man needed to be removed from their home then kick him out, don't kill him. If he was a "baby raper" call the police, don't kill him. And if you are so worried about your children don't involve them. Now the kids will spend their life in prison with their low life parents. The kids didn't stand a chance being raised by those two idiots.

You all can give your own opinions, ideas, theories, speculations and excuses. The facts are that Angie & Chester made poor choices that they will have to live with the rest of their lives. They choice to take a mans lives in their own hands instead of leaving it in Gods. No matter what this man did or did not do they chose to take it out police hands by taking care of business them selves. They decided to set horrible examples for their children by showing them that the value of a life is expendible and bringing them in on the act. They have not only ruined their lives, James life, also the boys lives who will be in jail the rest of their lives and the babies left behind at home with no mom or dad for the rest of their lives. So no one wins in this situation. I have to say that James was a broken man because he had reverted to drugs to self medicate and so had the Harvey's. These individuals needed help and help didnt find them before it was to late. My heart only goes out to these boys at this time and pray for them as much as I pray for our family who is hurting. I also pray for the family who has lost there loved one James, no matter what he did he is a human being and he is someones child. I cant feel for Angie and Chester or the others at this time as they have made their bed and they will have to lay in it at I can only pray for them wishing them sympathy. I wish they would of made better choices.
