Judge it!
1. Always treat the gun as if it is loaded (whether you know it is loaded or not).
2. Never point a firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy.
3. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire!
4. Know what lies beyond your intended target.

Man being investigated in accidental shooting
A Vancouver man is being investigated for reckless endangerment after he accidentally discharged a gun, sending a bullet through his neighbor's apartment.
