Was wondering what pedestal you sit on, to change Corp. ad matching policy. Whats up with the milk issue and why are You-V.W.

yes they do, but my recent visit, I was matching a milk ad and was informed we (wally) no longer match with their brand, it has to be the brand..wtf..I called another wal-mart to see if this is their new policy and I was informed to go there they will take care of me in other words Jeffy is making up his own policy.Wonder what is next?

oh, yeah that reminds me... let me add you 'price matchers' to the list of annoying customers. no one cares if milk is 25 cents cheaper somewhere else, either go there and buy it or stfu and quit holding up the line over a freaking quarter.

didn't you comment on another post for customer service. If they did price match, that's what they do. Someone's quarter difference might have to be spent toward something else they need to buy. If you have so much issues with being a customer service rep, go find another job and stop complaining about customers doing theirs.

How lazy. It takes an extra three seconds for the cashier to put in the sale price versus just scanning it through. Most of the time people will have a few other items to price match too, so we are still looking at less than a minute of extra time if the cashier is competent. Although many are not which isn't my problem. We use 3-4 gallons of milk per week and I buy them two at a time, with the matching I always save at least $1.30 per gallon and sometimes more. That extra $5+ goes towards other food items. Most groceries have went up over the last year, every bit of savings helps. And the point of price matching is so we don't go to the other stores, businesses want us to shop there. Sounds like you should get out of your line of work.

i hope you get in line behind my wife! She price matches probably 20-30 items weekly and saves a bunch of money, somewhere between 50-100 dollars weekly between price matching and coupons! I love the look on peoples faces behind us! some are impressed and some are just pissed off because there are only 3 lanes open and have to wait forever! Even some of the cashiers are impressed and then some of them are pissed off like its their money or something! lmao and by the way, screw you too! and have a nice day!

If that's true I'm sure people will be calling his district manager to complain. He can't make up special rules that suit him. Guess I'm lucky I work out of town, I'll shop at their WM if I have to or go to Chief or Kroger.

Shopper. You're are absolutely correct! He cannot set the rules. Everyone needs to contact the district manger to report this issue. Also Walmart has complaint forms that you can fill out at Walmart that is reviewed by the big wigs.

Read the policy. Dont have to have the ad for proof! We were there yesterday to pick up a few things and saved about 20 bucks! No ad required and I just checked their price match policy and nothing has changed. If you are to lazy to check and write down other stores sale prices then your a dumbass! Buy the Sunday paper and check online for local store sales like meijer, kroger, main st market and others. See you in line! lol

I think they should have a couple of lines designated for people who price match, not everyone in walmart is buying grocery items, it would help other shoppers who don't like the self check outs, which you end up needing someone to help you do it "Yourself" anyway, lol

Or maybe they should just have a few more checkout lines open. 3-5 lanes open on a saturday at midday makes no sense at all. Especially when I see 3 or 4 employees standing around the podium beside customer service shooting the sh!t about what they did that weekend or who's sleeping with who.

Awesome hey, seems like someone struck a nerve. Don't seem so awesome though if you work at Walmart to begin with, cause you sure are sticking up for them. Putting people down for saving money. Hmm, and you must get paid; a lot huh.

Exactly! I do the same thing, and have not had any problem at the VW Wal Mart. I did hear that it depends on the cashier if they want look at the ads or not. Stay away from the one with pink hair that looks like a peacock tho!
