Eaton management are very discriminating..had an interview last year, BTW my past work history was excellent at the time. I had a family member who had worked there at the time and I thought maybe that would help me get my foot in..hell no! All they hire nowadays is retards and hot bit*%es. Wtf is this world coming to?

They hire the retards so they can underpay them..cheap a*$es! Or you have to have some sort of degree, and to have went to college to get hired in that place..people don't understand, I have kids to support and I can do you're fu*k*n work! I live close by even, and do you think they care? No because I don't have down syndrome!

If you are a temp that does not get hired, they have a reason for it. It is a good possibility no one liked you also. So instead of complaining on here, shouldn't you be out looking for a job? Temps come and try to take charge or act like they do not need or want full time employees opinion. Some are completely disrespectful. You get respect when you show respect. Make friends with the full timers and we might help you get hired in. Otherwise, we will see you at the drive thru lane. Yes, I would like fries with that.

Not all temps are as you seem to think. I've got many years as full time and good working temps do get screwed. Temps can do all that is expected and more. Even getting along with asshole full time workers that think they should be bosses. Some of the worst workers don't like it when a temp can out work them, I've seen it. That lazy workers will make false accusations no matter how small it seems and tell their boss whom they kiss ass with. I've seen more full time workers sneaking out back to have a smoke when they are supposed to be working. Then they complaine about a temp going to the restroom 2 or 3 times a day. I've also seen temps that don't want to work but still get hired full time. It all depends on your connections. If you talk sports to your boss, you are in! Just remember also, always agree with what they say. If they say grass is pink, just agree, then you are in.

I didn't have an attitude whatsoever! I went in with the most respect and didn't get called back. I'm just a normal person with kids who needs a good job, yet they hire retards and pretty girls who have no responsibilities in life! Wtf is wrong with employers like that?!

I've seen it happen on more than one occasion in several industries. One of my competitors chose to outsource, leaving themselves wide open for a real domestic competition, at half of their prices. When you eliminate investor overhead, the workers make more money and can sell their goods at a lower price.
