For every one of my state-side customers, an asset tax and a finished product tax goes into effect. The former is not as bad as most, as my 3D scanners are about 25% of my nearest competitors, but the tax increase on finished product is 2.3%. Obamacare was supposed to make healthcare more affordable. All it really does for our industry is encourage foreign competition, which has no such tax to pay. Add that to the already difficult economy and it will become obvious before too long that we are now living in a time much worse than the great depression, a well engineered failure.

Why do some people Not understand:

Nothing is free!!!

Someone has to pay for it!!!

We have been maxing out our credit for years.

This has nothing to do with which political party you belong to.

It is Time to Pay the Piper!

Pay the Piper for what? Billions to failed green energy programs? Billions to bail outs? Billions to foreign nations who hate us? Trillions wasted on social programs that were proven failures 30 yrs ago.

You seem to think it's an income problem. Base it on your own life. If you were spending your money on stupid crap- wouldn't the first step to fiscal well-being be: cut out the stupid crap? Instead of begging your boss for a raise?

Jeez, another "Hey I stubbed my toe while watching Fox News, it must be Obama's fault" person. LOL

Listen Squirt, if the economy is doing so bad, why did I receive over 15% personal rate of return on my Fedelity 401k for the entire 2012?

Go ahead, ask anyone that has a 401k account how they did for 2012. Great Depression, ya right, what the hell do you know about the Great Depression? Have you ever even missed a meal in your life?

Losers like you need to Quit blaming Obama for all your shortcomings. Everyone is tired of hearing about it and anyone with any intelligence and takes care of themselves knows the Economy is doing just fine.

I'll gladly pay the $822 extra, I already pay a higher percentage than Romney and all of his pals so as long as their tax rate went up and may eventually meet mine I'm fine with that. I'm down for flat tax myself. We have too many people that pay nothing or next to nothing, that's what we need to fix. The lower income people need to stop receiving huge refunds too. It's not right that a family that gets welfare but mom works and pays in a tiny amount each week, gets to turn around at the end of the year and not only recoup that but ten times that amount. Fine, give her a small percentage of what she paid in, but there are too many Johnny Murphy's out there who refuse to work but force their wives too so they can get a refund check for doing nothing. I've known people who have a bunch of kids and get back twice what they even made in a year as a refund. So they worked and earned $6000, paid in next to nothing and got back $12000 because they have four kids and claim dad isn't in the picture. $12000 on top of free medical, food, rent and utility help.

First, I don't watch Tel-lie-vision. I also don't buy into the 2 party system. It's one club and none of us are really in it, which could be obvious just looking at the DNC and RNC alone, and how both conventions trampled over the delegates. The primary contributors to both Romney and Obama were big banks, and neither of them really cared about the American people. Congress as a whole stopped working for Americans decades ago.

We are in worse shape now than the great depression, with the only obvious difference being the soup kitchens coming on a plastic card. And yes, I have gone days without eating much of anything and in the mid 90's even had to take a job at minimum wage. In my entire adult life, I have taken nothing in terms of food stamps and federal/state aid.

As for that 401K, don't be surprised if the government steals it from you, replacing it with junk bonds. They've been trying to for years.

For some, the economy is just fine, just as it was in the great depression. Of course you have to ignore those little things, like wages and benefits for the average American. It's also fine, if you ignore the theft of wealth from everyone, which some refer to as inflation.

Say it's not so Joe.

Now I know you are crazy and full of shyat.

Really, you went without eating much of anything and had to work a minimum wage job? Have you ever heard of McDonald's $1 menu or a fantastic food item called Top Ramen noodles? Any poor collage student or struggling min. wage worker know them well.

LOL So was the economy fine say 7 years ago with 4.7% unemployment? Millions less on unemployment? Millions less on food stamps? Your 401K going up- with a devalued dollar still means it's worth less now then it was a decade ago. But that goes over the heads of people who bow toward gov't.

As my opinion severely differs from yours you've elected to engage in a personal attack. I see no need to reciprocate. I know what it's like to be poor, having been raised in poverty, and having one business fail in mid 1994, and a failed attempt to re-establish myself in early to mid-1995. In early adulthood, For one period of time my diet consisted of a couple burritos per day, which was all I could afford.

I'm also a little curious. When I point out how much the American people are being degraded, you attack me. Do you have something to gain watching others struggle harder and harder to make ends meet? It bothers me. On rare occasions when I do pay people to help me, I consider it an insult to them to pay less then $15.00/hour for basic work. I know full well, minimum wage relative to the cgi index shows a more than doubling of costs, not counting new insurances, healthcare expenses, and new luxuries, such as the internet.

Well you could have paid more before- unless you took deductions. Percentage over dollars doesn't fly. Romney pays millions upon millions every year. You should thank him. As far as the freebies and $$, yes, those are the folks who voted Obama.

Can't even spell the name of his own 401K (giggle). By the way, If Obama and his ilk have their way, as reported by CBS news,- they will be taking that 401K from you and have the gov't manage it. Just like they manage the post office. Enjoy

Romneys actions actually took manufacturing jobs from Ohio and other places in America, and gave them to China. The Etch-A-Sketch is one such example.

Wonder who was looking out for Warren Buffet by keeping Taxes on Dividends at 15%?
.
What's that???? dohhhhh. Yup looks like his secretary gets the tax hike though......

Those of us that knew, knew that he was runnin an apples oranges game just to start a fire under yer dumbasses to vote for Caesar. Good thing people like the obamaphone lady vote. Ohio is SOOOOOO well represented. And of course Big Caesar made sure to put the kabosh on the pipeline to send a windfall towards BNSF railway (good ole warren) hauling that oil at a premium since those rails will be in super use now that the mississippi river is dried up and all that wheat has to go by rails now instead of barge.

Just remember one thing, Romney Nut Swinger, if Romney would have been elected, he would have took credit for creating a lot more jobs in this country, only problem being that those would have been minimum wage or lower paying jobs. Romney and his kind could give two sh*ts about the working man.
