I don't know about any of you but I sure as hell have never had any "anxiety" from smoking marijuana. My father used to be an alcoholic and I watched him die more and more everyday. He was out of my life and in and out of jail and rehab for years. Since he quit drinking, he is a heavy pot smoker and I thank god everyday for putting it on our earth. Quit being so "1920's" people, you think if it was killing people and "addictive" like some of you morons make it out to be they would be legalizing it? You think they would FIRST legalize it for MEDICAL PURPOSES? Get your heads out of your asssses and think for once. Marijuana is not a gateway drug, who you choose to hang out with and try is what the gateway is. Being drunk is what makes people disoriented and causes them to do things they wouldn't normally do, makes them forget things that happened, makes them black out! And you are against marijuana? Its completely natural, it was put on this earth for a reason, to help. The only reason everyone is against it is because it's illegal, so I cannot wait until the day more and more states legalize it and all of you are shut up. Everyone wants to find a cure to cancer but no one agrees with a method of helping a cancer patient with pain. Do you understand what I mean? All you close minded individuals that come on here and rant on and on about how pot heads are terrible, are the cause of all the junkies in this town, you should be ashamed. It's the one thing that is happening in this country that is a positive change thank god for Obama. Thank you god.
Obama has been the most harsh president toward marijuana. thats the one thing I disagree with everything else is spot on. I use my real name cause I dont care what they try to do to me thats the beauty of jury nullification. I personally wish that everyone who gets busted for any kind of marijuana crime would take it to a jury trial. Jury nullification occurs when juries acquit criminal defendants who are technically guilty, but who do not deserve punishment. It occurs in a trial when a jury reaches a verdict contrary to the judge's instructions as to the law. No one deserves a fine or jail time for using a substance that grows naturally. If this was common knowledge jurys would understand that they can undo unjust laws by making them null and void and not imposing penalties for using a substance that grows damn near ANYWHERE. This is the power we have a citizens.

herion and coke are drugs that have an effect on other people mainly cause of prohibition but they are physically addictive marijuana is mentally addictive and dont cause any harm to anyone the only thing that can happen to you if you smoke pot is get busted by cops you cant die you dont become hopelessly addicted the best way to judge if a substance should be illegal if any really should be is if there are any ill effects from the substance in marijuanas case the only ill effect you will get is from prohibition ie jail, fine, CPS... the tides are turning in its favor soon enough marijuana will be legal my only hope is that it is sooner rather than later

yes but everyone arguing changed the topic and heroin and coke can be considered somewhat natural coke is derived from the leaves of the coca plant and heroin is derived from the flower of the poppy plant im not saying that marijuana is the same as them cause its not marijuana grows like it is and you smoke the buds that grow with coke and heroin you have to process plants somewhat

It's pointless arguing with these small minded individuals about the legalization of pot. Those who agree to legalize it know it will be in soon and I personally can not wait for the day when it is.

We also know when it is legal half of those who disagree will pick up on consuming it. They are ignorant to the facts, reality and the benefits of this becoming legal finally. They can sit and spin whatever words but truth is still truth.

They will be THANKING those who voted it legal once all the jobs start surfacing.

1st there are plenty of terrible SOBER drivers out there. And what's to stop a person from driving to the grocery for some milk after they took their meds from a doctor? Isn't their "judgement" impaired on if they should drive or not? But Really...if you're too stoned to drive you ARE an idiot and shouldn't have a licence. Looks like you may not have burned the cells that give you the skill to do this but you definitely are missing them.

Pretty much just not "official" yet. Weed busts have become "low priority" in most places. So glad too :D when it is official I'm going to smoke it and blow it into the faces of those who frown at me just for the hell of it LOL. Cheers!

Heroin and cocaine are section 2 drugs because the federal government considers them to be of medical use. An both are used in some prescription medications (narcotics) along with a long list of other hard drugs only drugs not used that are considered to be of no medical use was LSD and pot(section 1 drugs). So technically those 2 are legal to consume within reason and with doctors orders. Regulations and laws regarding the use of narcotics. Your argument is nonsense.
