A "MONSOON" could come & last for two weeks to get our river to flood like its capable of doing, we NEED it ptTL4rain!!

hurricane issac didnt do anything for us down here. A little rain for a couple days doesnt help with a couple months of no rain. The river is too low to be up from a couple days rain
