Let's hope he doesn't win. This man rarely treats his employees right and fair compensation is unheard of. Just imagine him in office!

As a local business owner, I can tell you that Mr. Lovingood isn't the man for the job. He doesn't respect his employees, he refuses to pay them fairly, and forget about any decent benefits. If you have a family and work for Mr. Lovingood, make sure that your significant other has a high-paying and stable job and great benefits.

We don't need another man to create minimum wage jobs with little-no benefits. What we need is a man who respects his own employees. His business has one of the highest turnover rates in the desert. He could do so much more; but he's primarly concerned with lining his own pockets.

Did you know in Phelan California you are labeled a criminal if you pick up litter thats all over the desert. Thats why the new lowlife people that moved to Phelan never picks up their garbage that litters the desert. They also destroy all of nature by running it down with dirt bikes. They leave their lights on 24 sevens drownding out any starlite. Your only happy if you can destroy what once was a beautiful desert where nature thrived. You destroyed it. Now turn your damn lights off, or we will do it for you. You know who you are. If your so afraid of daylight and night, then go back to the hell you came from, L.A. O.C and I.E. The new lowlife scum that moved into all of the new homes in the last few years keep their lights on 24 sevens, WHY!!!!!! And shut your fcking dogs up that bark 24 sevens. You new lowlife suckers are so damned inconsiderate, it's no wonder you get treated like the scum you are. And I'l have you know, your piece of sh!t new home was built by uneducated illegal aliens. Better not slam your door! If you most pathetic people hate rattle snakes and joshua trees so much, then move the hell back to the city hell you came from. We like the desert just the way it was before you inconsiderate scum came here to destroy it. It's against the law to ride dirtbikes out here, so take them back to the city where you came from idiot. Your the same people that tex and drive and create all the car accidents all over the try community. How pathetic you are, and you cant even see it. JERKS!

John- ICR Staffing is a "temporary" staffing agency. The pay is dependant on what the client is willing to pay for the service. Some of the jobs are temp-to-perm so if a temporary staffer is selected for permanent work by the client, they may qualify for benefits. Many of the jobs pay more than minimum wage depending on the skills and training of the applciants and needs of the client. MR. Lovingood generously contributes to many charities, schools and other organizations in need in the high desert particularly during the holidays.

Robert Lovingood is self-admitted ADD. He doesn't know what he's doing in his business and needs organized and disciplined people to lead him through his day. It looks like he won the election yesterday. Can we get a recount? I was hoping Roelle would win. God help this district!
