14-year-old cited on suspicion of terroristic threats

A 14-year-old Raymond Central High School student who allegedly had a "hit list" of students he wanted to shoot won't return to the classroom Monday.

I also find it interesting that the city clerk's daughter was involved in this as well. What kind of message is the town board sending to the community. Why is the city clerk still in office. Between her scandalous ways and her sons being kicked out of every school he's been in for inappropriate and violent behavior and her daughter being involved in the threats at Raymond Central.
