Nice granite, good craftsmanship, TERRIBLE Customer Svc
Affinity installs for Lowes, which is where we went. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks from the time we pick the slabs, to install. It took 6weeks! We ended up going 3.5 days with no water, the installer (Drew) was SO rude it was hard to appreciate that he did a nice job- if you don't count the clear caulking left on the counters or the dust mess on the floor. When will do our bathrooms, we will NOT be using them!

Affinity Granite does not set the schedule for Lowes installation. This is done through Lowes and their Guidelines. We have little to no involvement with the customer other than template and install. So what the customer was told was not from us. Also the paper work states that this is a construction site and residual dust will settle for up to a week depending on the nature of the project. As for Drew 1- he no longer works for us, 2- he is never rude, he is quiet and business like, likes to do his job and move on. rude - No, could be a little more sociable - Yes

Affinity Granite is not responsible for the scheduling of Lowes Jobs. This is done by Lowes according to their guidelines. We have little or no communication with the customer before template and then nothing until installation. So for the customer to assume we did anything wrong with scheduling is incorrect. As for Drew, He is far from rude. He may not be the most sociable person because he is very business orientated. He likes to get his work done and get out of the customers home so that they can return to their day with as little disruption as possible. Secondly he no longer works for us, so this shouldn't count against us. As for the dust, you need to read your Lowes Paper work. It states that this is a construction site and there will be residual dust for up to a week depending upon the nature of your install. If you want to minimize the residual dust you may cover heating vents in the area and cover furniture and belongings. We take every measure possible to minimize dust and debris. from drop clothes to vacuums.

I speak enough Spanish to know what your installers are saying. Not a very smart move to assume that the high end market you serve is comprised of people who just speak one language. Your poor customer service will cost you in the long run. Lowe's type contacts will come and go, it is how you treat the customer that will get you through the bare market times that are coming. You have grown too fast and I bet your best guys spend their days putting out fires that the guys you hired to keep up with demand created. May be wrong, but I know business.

Affinity Granite out of Wanatah, IN, just doesn't care about their customers. The people they send out never have the proper equipment to do the job properly. Excuses. Excuses. We spent $4,000.00 on a granite countertop. They put in the back splash and left a huge gap between that and our existing wall tile. I could go on and on. Very disappointed with this company. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
