The so called t-shirt shop in Austin is a joke and rip off. My husband got a shirt from the fire dept. that came from there and after 5 washes the writing is coming off. My neighbor had their church shirts made there and theirs are coming off also and now my sons t-ball shirt is coming apart after only 3 washes. We paid 50 sum dollars for the t-ball uniforms and they are a joke. I've been in there and the guys always going on about people keeping their business in Austin. Give us a reason to and it may happen. They always have to have half up front when I've got shirts at both the other places in the county and never had to do that.I wish something good would come to Austin but this isn't it.

Steve & Missy really try to do the best at all they do. I'm sure if they knew you or anyone else was unhappy about their work - they would work with you to make it right.

you have to take care of any shirt w print. a delicate cycle and hang them to dry and then throw them in a warm dryer to fluff them. I am positive they would make it right w you. They are honest. They do shirts not miracles

I've got other shirts I don't have to do anything special to. Alot of the parents are talking about how cheap the baseball shirts are. We pay good money for these and there cheaply made. They also dont have any artwork at all on them. Like the above poster said you can get stuff at Staples to do it yourself better. Anyone can put letters on a shirt. They had a guy in there that did artwork but it didn't take long for him to wise up and move on. These people have no idea how to run a business. Like I said I'd love to see something good in Austin but this isn't it.

Yeah I talked to some of the parents and they said the basketball shirts were the same thing. They had one drawing they were trying to use on everything and you couldn't get any artwork done to make them diffrent. They screwed them up when they ordered them and then try to blame the lady taking care of them and say it was her fault. They said the Scottsburg archery shirts were terrible also and didn't last. The school is selling shirts every other week it seems like and if they come from them I'm not ordering them anymore. Our baseball shirts from last year are in better shape then this years and it over a year old now. I may write a letter to the BBB myself.

This business is not a very good one. They're the only shirt shop in town I've ever had to pay up front. They know if you see what their selling you,you won't pay them. Every time I've ask them for something they say I got a friend who can do that. Sounds to me like they depend on someone else to do their work most of the time. I'm sure their good people but not good business people. Stay away from there.

What you all need to do, "if you haven't already" call or go in the shop and explain the problem. These two people are the most honest & fair business people in the county.
So why don't you all try that route first. Always remember this, Steve & Missy are strong believers in hometown values. Presenting your own hometown values would be appreciated.
Thanks

Then their hometown values would have told them not t do a crapass job to start with. They have to sublet half the work out to somebody else, and I am sure they would already know about this and if they were decent business people they would notify or atlest put up a notcie of their willings to correct their halfass work.

Come on Larry Case, are you (S)ucking the d**k of every business owner in Austin or what?

you have no idea how much our community respects this couple and the things they have done for our community. Everyone loves them because they are beautiful souls and what a few negative pricks say about them is not going to hurt them. Everyone knows they are wonderful! They would never screw over any one. Jealous much anti? You are barking up the wrong tree dog. You need to be put on a leash

Like I've said before. I'm sure their good people. I've heard what they do for familys dealing with cancer. Their just not good business people. Alot of people are talking about them and I've not heard one good thing. I went in there a few times and they couldn't answer a question I had. The guy that was working with them went back to his origanal place and does good work. The Watson kid does good work. The guy on the square is a little slow but does good work. All I'm saying is there is people in the county who do a good job and can answer your questions or get your stuff done without having a friend do it which is what I've heard from them just about everytime I've been in there. The best shirts they have put out was the photography shirts and the guy they did them for did that hiself and they just inked them. Two of those that I've seen is already messing up. I've honestly got nothing againest them I just don't want their work and feel like people should know what kind of work they do before they spend their money there. Money is hard enough to come by these days without them ripping people off. They just got in over their heads.
