Well said, it may be if they bring these things out in the open RG might be able to have his conviction reversed. No one wants that, so because of their bungling the others involved in this horrible crime smile and walk away unpunished. You make a good point about civil rights, I know people have asked to get the feds involved. puzzleing that they would not jump in. Lets hope the last boy scout can finally get some justice. I do not agree with protesting outside of JJ's
place of employment. Right now we know where he is, why drive him away. I believe this action would only complicate matters. There is also the possibility of a lawsuit being brought by JJ against the organizer and participants of the event.

I want him in court, but not on that issue, it won't get the case anywhere and will end up costing money to defend against it.

Having said that, you are free to do as you please.
I work on this case everyday, a minimum of 8-10 hours, there is no moss growing under my feet.

He reads here, he would be stupid not too, but honestly Joanne, and I'm not arguing with you at all, I'm on your side, but honestly I don't think he is afraid of anything, he seems to walk free, he parties, and he hasn't been silent or low key about anything....I don't think he is scared at all. If it was me, I would have moved to the other coast, changed my name, went underground and stayed that way...this guy gambles, gets his mug online holding cash, gets his mug in a photo at his restaurant and has been in a few legal issues. I want to say that he might even enjoy this forum. That's the kind of guy he is, might even show it off to his friends! And that's okay too. Here is another segment of the telephone interview and court testimony by Steve Bataan. In this segment Bataan reveals that he had informed the ADA Dan Cotter of the lengths of time that John J Golub left the room where they were smoking pot and how many times.

In addition Bataan states that after making a telephone call to his mother, he attempted to go downstairs to the basement of the Golub house.

At which time John J. freaked, stating "You can't go down the stairs, what the fuck you think you're doing, this is my house, what are you doing going down the stairs, you can't go into the basement!"

Bataan states that the ADA was aware of all of this. So where was John J Golub, did anybody see him or hear any of this in court? Did Robert Golub's defense attorney Salvatore Marinello know this information?

Chances are, he knew it all and more. A deal had to have been cut to leave John J. out of the trial and Robert Golub had to be part of that deal. In other words "keep my brother out of court and I'll keep my mouth shut." Probably because John J. would have buried him and himself if he testified. That's my opinion! And I'm sticking to it!

There is much more to come, I will prove out this theory, as Kathleen Rice put it "to the nth degree."

To TLBS, Have you or the family tried to get TV media interested in this case? With so many programs of this type on cable you would think they would be lined up. The man from Americas most wanted comes to mind as he was a victim and lost his daughter. A blind man can see what was covered up here and it is long over due to come out. I have to think they are afraid that RG might get a new trial and are too scared to go forward. The whole thing can blow up in their faces.
JJ must have justice served upon him, along with anyone else who took part in any way.

The more I listen and read, I feel like Steve & glen are only guilty because people hope they know something in order to get a case on j.j. Took them 33 years to solve the Etan Patz murder, and his family will somehow move ahead with their lives. So I hope those of you that are reading this, and might be thinking that Kelly's murder and the support that surrounds it will go away. NO WAY!
Things have been quiet online, but that doesn't mean that things have been let go or forgotten! The scumbag who murdered that little boy couldn't live another day with the subhuman act that he did, and the people involved with Kelly's murder I bet, also feel that way. It eats you up inside, you dream about it, every knock on the door, every doorbell, every police car that drives by, everytime a man in a suit walks near you...I wonder if you think.....uh oh this is it, I'm toast! You're right in feeling that way, its human nature.
And the people who might have been told, in a drunken college confession, or to a dear girlfriend, or family member.....it eats at them too, and soon they will also begin to want to air their dark secret....

John Jay was a minor at the time of the crime and would have been charged as a juvenile. Had there been any physical evidence or eyewitness testimony against him, serving at the most till he was 21 years of age. It wasn't till several years later that children were being charged as adults for heinous crimes in the U.S.

When this sociopath is indicted, he will have to face new laws in New York State, Such as: "Penny's Law

"Penny's Law," New York State Assembly Bill #A.1628, named for Penny Brown, was then drafted. "Penny's Law" originally sought to eliminate the sentencing distinction between juveniles and adults for juveniles who are convicted of murder as adults. In other words, while juveniles can be "tried" as adults for murder, they still must be sentenced using juvenile guidelines in New York State. "Penny's Law" was originally drafted to ensure that those young killers who are "tried" as adults for committing cold-blooded murder would also be eligible for the adult sentence.

Originally, "Penny's Law" sought to increase the sentencing range from the current five years to life- nine years to life, to a proposed range of fifteen years to life to twenty-five years to life (the adult murder sentence). The original bill would have held 13, 14, and 15 year olds, who are tried as adults with murder, criminally responsible and made them eligible for the adult murder sentence. Despite overwhelming bipartisan support from throughout the state, many of the Downstate Democrats (including some of the members of the Assembly leadership) strongly opposed "Penny's Law," and so the bill sat dormant in the Codes Committee of the Assembly. Proponents of "Penny's Law" decided that some progress with the juvenile sentencing law for murder would be better than none, and so in April of 2003- with the help of some of the cautiously supportive Democratic members of the Assembly, a compromised version of "Penny's Law" was successfully passed through both houses. The version passed authorizes the minimum sentence for a 14 or 15 year old killer who is convicted as an adult to be between 7 and a half to 15 years, instead of the current 5 to 9. The compromised bill falls significantly short of the 15-25 year sentence "Penny's Law" proposed, and will not affect 13-year old killers, who will still be sentenced under the old guidelines. Although "Penny's Law" supporters are pleased, many are not content, and a further increase in juvenile murder sentencing will likely be pursued.

One way or another John J.Golub will see the inside of a court room for the murder of Kelly Ann Tinyes.

He set the trap for Kelly.

He conspired with Robert Golub to get Kelly into the Golub house.

He called Kelly.

He opened the door to let her in.

The rest of the story will come out sooner, rather than later.

I keep checking, waiting for the day that JJ gets arrested. The father should also be charged as he surely helped with the cover up. Just the way he acted toward Kelly's mother is a crime itself.
