Four former waitresses at Hooters restaurant in Paramus say they were forced to quit their jobs because the manager sexually harassed them and promoted only those women who had sex with him.

A lawsuit filed in Superior Court in Hackensack names manager John Golub and Attila Wings, the franchisee that owns the Paramus restaurant, as defendants. Hooters of America Inc. of Atlanta is not named.

Golub, reached at the Route 17 restaurant, declined to discuss the case. Mark Paterson, an attorney for Attila Wings, also refused to comment.

In a lawsuit similar to others filed against the national chain, the former waitresses allege that Golub "made it a practice to accord special treatment and/or allocate the best assignments and shifts to wait staff who would indulge in sexual relations with him."

yea right now he is working as a gm in west orange tgifridays..hes the worst manager and he is still on the prowl with these young girls two quit already cause of his creepy ways i have no idea why he got another restaurant manager job when his past is crazy enough as is...i work with him hes a huge dick i want to punch him in the face he recently fired me the other day for something stupid while i was off the clock. and hes fired numerous people for knowin about his past about him and his brother murdering this girl when john was 14 his brother got sentenced for it and john golub still is a gerneral manager after his backround dey just give out any jobs to morons that sexual harrases people i feel like he should get fired and live on the street

John Golub is the worst manager!!! He did not change his name...He is currently a GM at the Restaurant TGIFridays at West Orange,NJ...he cant manage at all!! Funny thing with the Hooters incedent is that at fridays the same thing happened to two of the waitresses there quit due to his sexual hunger! I just dont get it why would a murder and a sexual harasser still be workin in a Restaurant were there are lots of girls around...My girlfriend and i work WITH HIM! It doesn't matter how Chino spells or what his writing skills are he is 100% correct about John Golub, he is evil personified and should be watched like a hawk. He has no business being in charge of young girls tell them not to trust him and give a heads up to tgif executives about his past and what he is doing with his managerial position. How does a guy like this get a job like that, doesnt the restaurant company check back history. One google search of his name will bring up many articles, including the one that alleges sex harrasment at another restaurant, yet they hire him, and put him around young people!

It entrages me to know that John Golub was directly or indirectly involved in Kelly Ann Tinyes death and yet he was not prosecuted for his involvement. I know this case very well because my father was a Nassau County detective. In doing extensive research on this case, I understand that John was not prosecuted because the Nassau County police Department could not tie John to the crime. They had no physical or DNA evidence to prove he was directly involved in Kelly's murder. None of John Golub's hair, skin fragments, blood, sweat, semen, or finger prints were recovered from Kelly's body. As much as the investigators working on this case wanted to prosecute him, they simply couldn't because they had no substancial evidence against him. The only evidence they had was phone records showing that a call was made from the Golub home(made most likely by John) to the Tinyes home in an attempt to lure Kelly into the Golub home. It is now almost 20 years later and john continues to show a pattern of perverse sexually behavior. While john wasn't prosecuted for Kelly's death in 1989, there is a note on his criminal record that he was questioned in this murder. I don't think there is a stue fo limitations in 1st degree murders in the state of new York. If John's recent behavior teaches us anything, it teaches us that this person has engaged in perverse sexual behavior against woman in the past and he continues to do so. Therefore, it should provide a pathway for the nassau County DA's office to go back and pursue a conviction against him for his involvement in the Kelly Tinyes murder. He was an accomplice! His behavior in the years after the murder show that he is a sexual deviant. These actions set a precedence in a court of law and provide justification for prosecuting him for his involvement in Kelly's murder. intil there nassau DA's office gets off their lazy asses and decide to move ahead with pressing charges agaibnst john Golub, there will be no justice for Kelly Tinyes!!!
