He had cop in his blood, anyone that knew him could see it coming & it fits him well. Hell of a dude & would help anyone that needed it. Some fair morals in our sheriff dept.

Take it how you will,but I've heard many many good things about this man,,,from several different people.Honestly,,,that alone probably says more to me about his character than anything anyone could lay out on here.And will concede to the fact that I don't know him at all.One of those things where "everybody" can't be wrong,I suppose. |

Joe is a smart guy went to bellarmine university he isn't like half of u that never made it out of middle school. He has always treated people fair and dumbass u can change your ip address with ip release n ip renew bc people really need to get out of kings forest n pryor valley n cherry street that's usually the ones that r always on here
