Brilliant. Finally, a town that gets it. Leave SEPTA out of the picture, since they are to busy destroying their unused RR infrastruture (see Lower Saucon's future "rail trail"), obtain some private funds, and get more cars off the road.

Kudos to Phoenoxville!
