Want to talk levee breach? Read "Rising Tide," by John Berry, about the 1927 flood that put an area larger than the size of New England under 8 to 20 feet of water.

My sister in law lives in Valley City and my brother in law in Lisbon. Also my mother in law lives in Litchville. We were up there for Easter and it is a mess. Lots of work to be done and prayers needed for all these folks.
