This man had an auction in New Salem North Dakota on September 16, 2012, has failed to pay for items purchased, why would you want to vote for this man! He put the auction on and then purchased the majority of the horses because he failed to even promote his own auction the way he should then when he did purchase the horses did not pay for all of them. Why would you want this man to represent anyone?
