ND power plant to open in late 2010

Developers say North Dakota's first coal-fired power plant in a quarter century will be operating late this year at the Spiritwood Industrial Park near Jamestown.
This is terrible news. The only bright side is that it can be constructed using the best technology available-I guess. Even still, this seems like another case of a North Dakota town marrying itself to a declining industry.
