The ethical responsibility belongs to Dondlinger, not the citizens of Wichita. If they fail to make this right Dondlinger should be barred from any future city/county contracts. This is a blatant example of the "Good Ole Boy" network that's plagued Wichita for decades. Good bye Bob... go away. |
