Ex-mayor urges city to help Gietzen

An odd confluence of political history and legal opinions on a 9-year-old complaint emerged at Tuesday's Wichita City Council meeting.

"Regardless of the legal aspect, there's still ethical responsibility there."

The ethical responsibility belongs to Dondlinger, not the citizens of Wichita. If they fail to make this right Dondlinger should be barred from any future city/county contracts.

This is a blatant example of the "Good Ole Boy" network that's plagued Wichita for decades. Good bye Bob... go away.
