AS if you had any decision making powers. He won't be treated the sam as you would Sam. You are a convict so you can't compare. It should bring back old memories for you since you have spent most of your life in court rooms and police lock ups. Just like going home and Sam?

You guys are such idiots. That bloodwork results were back before he was released from the hospital. If it would have been .08 or higher, he would have been taken to jail and booked for DUI. He was not, so it tells me he was borderline at best. The only court date Tony will ever receive is for leaving the scene of a accident. He will pay a fine and thats it. End of story, move along Sammy.

Wrong. He should have been booked into jail and made to post bail like everyone else. Blood results take a few weeks to come in from DOJ.

Actually the blood results aren't availible at the hospital at the time of the test, or arrest. They have to be shipped to a lab for drug and alcohol testing.

"The test results are not yet available, but Russo said he's confident the only drug in his system to show will be the Ambien." now this is funny. the test will show the alcohol content as well.

Russo is such a Liar (lawyer). Teflon Tony's Nissan had moderate damage on the drivers front fender, a broken passenger mirror and minor front bumper damage. Maybe VPD should release the pics of Teflon Tony's Nissan when they release the blood results..I believe all are public record

Thats the oficial test results for court purposes. They would not release him if he was over the limit. Read your state law California Code - Offenses Involving Alcohol and Drugs [23152.- 23229.1.] It is illegal to release someone who is over the legal limit, they have to be charged. Now tell me how would they know if he was or not if there was not a determination of being over the limit. Use your common sense, I know its tough for alot of you to do but try. As for the TH article, you really want me to laugh right. The TH prints what they believe to be the facts BEFORE they are proven time and time again. They have the worst staff writers and is not fit to line a bird cage. The blood test is actually two fold, a preliminary test and the full up blood screening done. The preliminary just looks for Alc lvl. The full screening is what they use in court. You guys are so bent on hanging Tony no matter what the facts are. What ever happen to innocent until PROVEN guilty?

See heres the problem, fatty. Most everyone has a job or a real life, we're not sitting around being useless like you just waiting to head of to a court hearing so we can wallow in someones misfortune. Just like you, the most hated man in Vallejo, we did not show up to court to watch you lie and turn red while getting multiple RO's. We have jobs and a life, you should try either one out some time, it would do you good.

My friend was involved in a motorcycle accident a few months back that required a ride to the hospital. The CHP showed up for the report and said he was not at fault and his BAC was .02 so no further action was taken. Clearly the cops use the results from the blood work to determain what action will be taken.
