Ghetto pays your bills silly woman. It also helps pay the bills of all your friends. Your friends' salaries helped create our ghettos and you know it.

Shay, my business and my hard work pay my bills. Can't you keep up? If you think someone that disagrees with you has to be a city employee, you have a huge rude awakening coming. There are many taxpayers that feel the same way I do!

Really? So only the "PSU" were allowed to cast votes? Funny, I thought YOU voted for them.

Wrong the city is BK because of the leaderless council and Vib being anti business.Like when LNG tried to come here and about 30 VIBers cried and the city caved. That is truth. Butt rocket.

We need $30,000,000 just to get back the 100 psu's 100 X $200,000 and other employees laid off. That will bring us back to the bad old days of 2006-7 when being an overpaid city employee was grand, and an overburdened tired taxpayer footing the bill for the worst roads and infrastructure in Solano County, underfunded to non funded non profits, shuttered libraries, and sky high fees and taxes.

So grissle name the industries that will make my life better as opposed to the tiny revenue getters that will make only City employee lives better?

It's J.D., not "jb". Quit trying to insult the man that predicted this over 15 years ago! The sooner you parasites all leave, the better! We'll be fine without attitudes like yours!

If you got a job and got layed that would make your life better. LNG, the casino, the prison, or the hollywood sound stage would have made life better in Vallejo. You could have been employed as a fluffer. You could practice at Hunters hill to improve your technique.

Interesting
What are your thoughts on Henkes departure?, the IBEW appeal?, the demise of the budget?, and the labor councils endorsement? I know that's a lot.
I made comments on Henke's departure on another thread- there've been so many, I'm not sure which one it was. But, in summary, I hope that the personal bile and vitriol from both the city and the unions will now be removed from the discussions over contracts. It seemed to me that Henke was completely unable to separate personal issues from business, and this clouded everything. The same was true on the city side, as well. I hope with his departure, proper respect and civility will return to negotiations.

The IBEW appeal, I think, has quite a chance to succeed. Most of the IBEW employees are not paid from the general fund, so calling their contract "burdensome" to the general fund is a wobbler in my book.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the demise of he budget", and I don't really pay attention to what group endorses the candidates. I read the candidates's statements and evaluate them based on my own set of values and what I think the goals for the city ought to be.

Did I cover everything? Thanks for asking, BTW.

Here's a question for you- what would you do about 201 Maine Street?

I suppose he's a local police officer, or a retired police officer. I don't, however, think that he's posting under multiple names, like you, Silas, or Sam.

No, I think the totality of the evidence shows that you and Silas are one in the same. I think you likely timed your name change around the time Sam was in the slammer to make it appear as though it was him. Of counse, that may be giving you too much credit. At any rate, you seem to change names, sticking with one or the other for a few months.
