Mr. Tanner,
You need to get off your overpaid buttocks and start approving the hiring of more officers.
Just out of curiosity, how would more officers have prevented what happened at Bethel?

You guys are acting like they go around and run into peoples homes and kill and beat families. No they're not right but come one they're a threat to society? Your [email protected] neighbor could be a threat to society but here you are making such a [email protected] big deal about it because you know who they are and what they look like. The world is not safe period. Dont put it all on them, they're not the reason why you cant walk down the street at night. They're not the reason why schools arent safe anymore..it just isnt. And its because of reasons beyond just this incident. They protect and defend each other by all means. You werent there. You guys are crazy sitting here going at it with eachother, for what? leave it up to god and the judge. And your not either one of them, so stop pretending. Just pray for a speedy recovery for the kid who was hurt in this and move on.

DW-DW, you are right, no one know what was going on but I can tell you that the tilly brothers are trouble. I have seen them pull up next to cars on springs road and punch a driver through the window. It is awful that they were at Bethel when I don't believe any of them attend the school. I will pray for the young hero and hope that everyone else learns a lesson. Hopefully the young girl will also make better decisions.

Hodge has repeatedly said that he believes the school campuses are safe. "I feel very confident in the safety of our schools. I would bet my life on it," he said Monday afternoon.

Is this the same Jason Hodge that advocated that city keep police on campus at one time when the school resource officers were going to be removed due the city's financial problmes? Is the same spokesperson who was contradicted by the Vallejo Police about the severity of the assault?

I suggest that Mr. Hodge take some time from his role as spokesperson and assistant to the superintendent and superivse the high school campuses on a regular basis before and after school and any athletic event. The administrators and campus supervisors are busy directing and supervising students. He needs to get real and spend time at the schools dealing with students.

DW-DW it's been reported that members of this 'family' has been terrorizing Vallejo for some time now. The fact that they did this, got caught, and will now spend a considerable amount of time in jail is great news. And for all you or I know, they DO go into ppls homes to beat and kill...not sure why you came to their defense. I realize that you can't stop all the animals, but the more you can get off the street the better. Too bad for this kid. I wish him well.

I'm sure Mr. and Mrs. Tili must be so proud of their boys. What fine upstanding young men they turned out to be.

3 of these animals were actually released on bail?? There should have been NO bail! Keep this scum locked away before they hurt someone else. Stupid freaking judge!
Seriously... WHY on earth would a judge allow bail under these circumstances?? Attempted murder and you get bail? That is outrageous!! Seems like these are the kind of ruthless cowards that would go after witnesses pending trial... but oh wait, Thank God the #1 witness is FILM!

why was anyone allowed to bail out of jail? now they can get a SECOND chance to kill someone because vallejo is bankrupt and they need money. what will you tell the next person that they do this to if they dont die. i am sorry this SCUM family is back out on the streets but vallejo needed the money? LOCK THEM UP FOR LIFE!!! WHATS WRONG WITH ARE SYSTEM? KILLERS GO FREE AND DRUGGIES GET LIFE.

Are you for real? "They protect and defend each other"; "you weren't there"...come on. There is absolutely no way anyone with even half a brain could call this kind of action taken by these less than humans "defending each other"--for crying out loud! "they're not the reason why you can't walk down the street at night"--it is the very people like this in our society that ARE the exact reason normal folks do not feel safe walking the streets at night, and sometimes in the daytime.

I'm not sure what rock you crawled out from under, but please take you absent mind back with you when you go home! For crying out loud!

you guys sound dumb i no what they did was wrong and i hope Bryant gets better because he was my friend but the tili's were also my friends so trust me somebody had to do something to make them do that they didn't have to beat him like that so they do deserve jail time but you guys are basing a lot of this on their family history. i haven't seen one comment saying the good they did. they were in the paper last year for graduating high school after all they been threw but you guys don't see the good you only see the bad so next time watch what your saying.

lol They do kill people. Let's not forget one killed a friend of his, in Emeryville, over a misunderstanding.
Alex just got out of jail after beating an attempted murder charge, after shooting a juvenile.
Remember what started the whole Tili, Strong feud? Their gang jumped a juvenile at a high school football game. Beating up kids seems to be their MO. Pick on someone your own age.
So your whole post is wrong. They do kill people and they do make the schools unsafe.

lol What good do they do? I won’t sit here and bash the whole family. The women of the family all seem to be doing well for themselves, but the boys are out of control and need to be tamed. I cheered when I read Ron and Ray had graduated high school and were staying out of trouble, but I cringed when I watched the video of them pouncing and choking that young boy. Instead of beating up someone at 4:15 they should have been somewhere working a 9-5. When Jr got shot downtown, I felt sympathy because he wasn’t a trouble maker, he had just got implicated in something his older trouble making brothers were involved in. but again, I cringed when I heard the news of him trying to rob the toy store he was employed at. Just face it, they are out of control untamed animals. The eastern part of Vallejo will be a safer place when they all get caged.
