Eating cakes, cookies from the bakery at Fairvalue like a nervous cat. These posts and talks outside this forum has these people scared. I may lose my job for this because they trace IPs for whatever good that does other than to harass the people when they see them, but these guys are worried....and when worried they eat....and drink diet soda like its going to help. I hope somebody gets in here because what you people see is just a little of what really goes on here. I will tell you ladies, if you get stopped, don't roll.your window down until you have your cell phone or somebody called on the line listening. Don't let them see your phone though.

i just had to post when i seen that was post number 365 a post for ever day of the yr, and yet here we still sit with the same sheriff! same nastieeeeeee azz jail nastieeeeeeee azz food diseases and the really sick people laying up there in jail "while mr jones" layz all cozy with whom ever he choozes tonight i cant wait to vote when i walk past his poor deputies im gonna hand them a sympathy card and laugh my way into vote NO NO NO TOO ALAN JONES! if somebody dont get him on this jail investigation before he is voted out maybe he will be forced to resign, THE HEALTH CONDITIONS OF THE JAIL AND THE DOG SNIFFING SEAR'S NURSE! IT'S FILED IT'S SEALED AND IT'S VERY ACURATE AND TRUE, cant say much because he will be meaner to the inmates and take them down from 750 CALORIES IN A 24 HR PERIOD TO LESS THAN 400 A DAY PEOPLE WAKE UP! YOUR FAMILY IS DIEING IN THAT JAIL I DO UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE COMMITED CRIMES! BUT WE AS FAMILY ARE HAVING TO KEEP OUT RAGEOUS MONEY IN ACCT'S JUST TO FEED THEM. AND JONES GET'S $3.00 OF EVERY DOLLAR THATS ADDED TO THE MACHINE,AND HE HAS TRUSTEES COOKING? I DID SPEAK WITH A FEMALE OSHA INSPECTOR WHO WAS AN INSPECTOR FOR CCSD BACK IN 06 AND THE REQUIREMENTS DO STILL STAND THE FOOD MUST BE PREPARED BY A FOOD/NUTRITION CERTIFIED COOK, THAT IS NOT HAPPENING, THE NURSE I HAVE TO SCRATCH MY HEAD ON HER,SHE DONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BLOOD SUGAR AND BLOOD PRESSURE, I COULD GO ON AND ON, IM JUST TRYING TO BRING OUT SOME MORE MAJOR ISSUES IN THAT JAIL, I KNEW ABOUT THE SWINGER THING, HAD SEEN A FEW OFFICERS AT DRUG TRAILOR'S. knew they were taking peoples stuff on warrantless searches, etc we have to stand together if we want a change. i guess thats all i can say or stress, and have u ever noticed sheriff jones only allows certian ministers into the jail to minister to inmates hmmmmm, makes you wonder what dirty lil secrets they are not praying about,bcause if they were real servants of the lord they would of done reported his filthy and un sanitary and molestations etc thats taken place in that jail.

Trustees cooking? Hmmm. All the unemployed in Caldwell who need a job and cannot even find one, you would think they would find someone to cook for them. I'm sure that several qualified people could do it. Beats spending money on new cars when the others haven't been declared a total loss. Up north, you see so many major cities that still drive the older cars, not the new ones. I'm sure they may get a reduced rate on new cars, but in this economy, especially this county, buying new cars is the last thing they need to buy. Seeing Dodge Chargers prices online, that price is staggering! But, who am I to question how they spend money? I'm just a taxpayer. I read on here that a Vietnam Vet was denied his medications and died in jail. I don't know how true that is, but if it is, I can't see why the NewsTopic hasn't reported this unless I missed that day. Everyone makes mistakes but denying medication is just horrible. Why would they need to get meds represcribed when the VA Hospital Dr. Prescribed the medication? That doesn't make sense.

I believe that Sheriff Jones has done a great job. Those that are hating on him have not have had the honor of working for him. I think all of these negative scenarios that you people are bringing up are bull jive!

Not hating the man. Questioning some recent events and decisions. Just scratching my head a lot. No, no hating. Wonder why he promoted somebody who had a complaint filed against them. Out of the 6 supposedly gone, there had to be somebody out there in that large complex built better suited for the job of Captain. I also wonder why so much is kept secret. And this bad economy, why buy top of the line new cars? Was there a freak accident in the parking lot (hypothetically speaking not wishing) that resulted in all cars being totalled and top of the Line new ones just had to be bought? This being the poorest county on this side of the state? Wake county claims they are the poorest, we never got above their poverty level so they claim that title. Anyway, point is, with this economy, how can we afford these vehicles? Why keep all the wrong doings quiet? Seems to me if they were brought out in the open, people wouldn't be talking about it 6 weeks later or even a year later. Probably would have seen like a publicity stunt for reelection if brought public, and make the dept look bad, but I think us that voted for Alan wouldn't be scratching our heads wondering did we vote for the wrong person. I guess a trip to the courthouse to see how many civil claims are sitting out there may answer some. I know these are merely alleged claims, but what a mess (my opinion) to keep so much quiet. I just know that I don't appreciate his choice in promoting somebody to Captain. After my last two 2 calls to the dept for help.....pointless. Even a CRITICAL matter. And both you guys (Alan, Heffer) know exactly what I am talking about. I just pray I have no more need to call 911 anytime before the next election because this household evidently has been crossed off Caldwell Countys map of citizens they are sworn to protect, no matter how they feel or what the situation. Hey, Mr IT, cough, I mean El Capitano, who do I call should I need law enforcement assistance since I have been black balled?

AND ! I'm reading on here about employees having to put signs up in their yard, having to donate their own money for elections to keep a job? If this can be proved, what a legal liability this is! Requiring officers to patrol WiFi hotspots in town to see who is at these locations writing secrets on this website, having to take photos of their ballot of voting to keep a job? The right upset employee with the right attorney could clean this county out of money. I'm also reading about a deceased deputies dogs, making a profit on prisoner food in the vending machines, Trustees cooking, charging for toilet paper? Oh come on. That is as inhumane as denying someone their medications and dying in the cell. Trustees cooking. That itself could be a major lawsuit just waiting to happen here. Get the wrong person sick from food poisoning, unsanitary practices because they aren't familiar with those a qualified Dietician or health department knows, mass food poisoning.....get that into a group of people, with the right attorney just waiting to make a quick buck, and there is another major lawsuit. Just look at these bogus claims against fast food restaurants and hot coffee, and the $ they received. This county, somebody would like to have a steady job cooking and properly preparing food has got to be cheaper than alleged claims of puking, side hurting, ER trips, stress, not to mention mental stress caused to family members, just seems to me that hiring a proper cook is cheaper than a lawsuit. Plenty of students from CCC&TI that graduate without a job to go to as a chef. Now, I've also read about a nurse who brings a dog to work for real? I can see an occasional K9 looking in a few cells now and then but bring a dog to work where you are seeking medical needs, come on man, that is as sanitary as going to see a Dr at the landfill. Not saying I can run the department any better, but if you want to set an example statewide of what not to do, this is the sure textbook example. Not saying prisoners should be pampered with spa day treatment, but honest to goodness, this isn't too smart in the least.

I don't know about that Black Dog. When I have seen him out, he has been always doing something for someone else, which is why I USED to think the world of him. From seeing him supporting a high school football team in playoffs way off in another county to seeing him in uniform sitting in church to watch his children's Christmas play. But, after promoting someone to a position - just shaking my head at what a fool I was last election. My child was missing ...its been almost a year now, and no one from the CCSO has even bothered to contact us to this day about the report filed in a missing person case. If the officer actually took a report that Sunday morning. According to NCIC they did not. A list of 11 immediate family members with phone numbers and addresses were also provided, but none of them were contacted either. But I am sure that jerk who monitors this site will come up with an excuse as to why no one ever sent a copy of the report or followed up about my missing child. I'm just a parent.

It appears any facts with Jones you have first hand is now "slang". See how upset you become 5 Points when your child or loved one has to be reported MISSING and a year later you still haven't heard 1 PEEP from the Sheriff, his 2 nd or 3rd in command. I keep wondering to myself, how did Mitch Pennell get so much help to look for his wife, an adult. I can't even get a copy of my report filed a year ago, a phone call, or ANYONE in uniform to find my child. Oh that's right, his lapdog was complained about for harassing! So no matter what a citizens needs are, you can expect that whole dept to turn their backs on you because your boy got in trouble. Thank you so much for coming by sheriff, sending another set of officers by to see where to begin looking....or that other imaginary agency that came by along with cooperation with the NCIC and calling family members. Thank you for doing absolutely nothing. Thank you for putting your inflated boys waistline over the safety of my child. I guess anybody that complains on one of your boys are on their own should they need law enforcement assistance.
