Valdese officer only guily of poor judgement
Could someone please tell me what happened to "innocent until proven guilty?" I'm referring to the recent resignation of David Heien, the police officer from Valdese, whose service weapon was used in the shooting of Edward Leroy Lail by Christopher Hedrick.

To leave a man knowing that he had been shot and not at least calling for medical help in my opinion does not fit into a persons qualifications as a public servant or a Christian. Sounds as though he needs more instruction in both areas before he is allowed any responsibility.
