A bus driver allowed a child's dog on the school bus. The dog was up and down the bus, licking the other children and then urinated on the bus. This has to be breaking a rule some where.

Dogs can carry all types of diseases and could have even bitten one of the children.
you are pathetic

Oh s**t...get a life! Go crawl back under the rock that you came from! It was licking the little kids, which means it was friendly. You are one of those who are always trying to start trouble wherever you go. So, go on. Call the school and get somebody in trouble cause that's what you want to do anyway! Go on....run! Pathetic!

These days I'd say there is a strong possibility that the dog behaved better than the kids, I agree with the previous poster "Get a life whiner"!!

Stfu, I would rather be around any dog compared to most people. You must be one lonely person with absolutely nothing better to do than be butt hurt day in and day out. Most people carry around more disease and a lot of them can be deadly to us.

Really everyone? I agree with the op. It is unsafe. The other kids parents didn't know the dog, dogs are animals and even the most friendly can snap for any reason at any time. For example, a young child getting in its face to see how "cute" it is and then dog bites kid...kid looses eye... yaddayadda. If you don't have children of your own then you shouldn't reply to this post. And if you do have children then maybe you should think about what could have happened. I know things can happen anywhere at any time but If it was my child then I agree with "unsafe".

Most children adore and enjoy dogs and there are children who are frighten of them. If your child comes home upset because a dog was on their bus, I'm sure you would disagree with it. Or better yet, if you get a call that a dog attacked your child on the school bus, I'm sure you who be in a panic. "Why was there a dog on the bus in the first palce" right. Society has rules for a reason. We tell the children to follow the rules, so should the adults in charge of they're care. Bottom line!

If you people really think that it's ok to have dogs on the school bus, then Caldwell is sadder than I thought. Lol. Most of you have probably never gone to school or didn't finish(ha ha ha ha ha) so you don't know about rules and etiquette. Stupid inbreeds.

You obviously have no children. If you do then you are showing you fantastic parenting skills.

I actually think, if we can get past all the petty insults, this is an interesting conversation.

On the one hand, you can't make an exception by saying a dog is allowed on a bus because it is "friendly." I've seen the friendliest of dogs scratch or bite when they feel threatened. There is no way to tell if a dog is friendly enough to be in that enviorment until it is too late.

On the other hand, how can we say that Dog's are dangerous when we service dogs aid people all over the world. What if this dogs was a child's service dog or something?

I wonder if this thread can continue without stupid comments such as "Most of you have probably never gone to school or didn't finish(ha ha ha ha ha) so you don't know about rules and etiquette. Stupid inbreeds."

wow!! all this because of a dog on a school bus! i have a son of my own, and he has a dog. when it gets time for my son to go to school, if i choose to send him to a public school, his puppy will follow him everywhere. granted he will not ride a bus. but i honestly dont see what the big deal is. a dog on a bus....oooo breaking news. who cares! the dog didnt eat anyone, the kids enjoyed the dog. and the kids afraid of dogs, parents should be teaching them that not all animals are bad. ive even be bitten by a dog, i was 5, and it never stopped me from being around them or even owning them. people just need to grow up.

I for one, love dogs and cats and any kind of animal, but i do think they should not be allowed on the school bus because the walk isle is so small and WHAT if a child had a Allergic Reaction to the dog ? i know there are a lot of people that do have a lot of different kind of allergies to a lot of different things. Think about it before you start " throwing " dogs or any kind of animals " out a window ".
I am allergic to bull shit so should I get to throw you out a window ?
