Adam should not only have neglect charges but also drug charges pressed against him. Wasn't there some witnesses that said Adam went to where they had the drugs hidden and supposedly sold them too? This is NOT JUSTICE for Zahra or the counties involved. What is going on here that some dufus can confess smoking too much pot and get away with murder? IMO

im so disapointed just with elisas sentence that i dont know where to start when it comes too my feelings about adam, it sickens me to think a parent would work long hours yes be tired and wanna go to bed but adam baker it would of taken one flip of a light switch to say daddy loves you zarha. or to realise daddys talking to a make shift dummy...
...ESPECIALLY since Adam was frightened of Elisa himself and supposedly had to run from her when she was going to attack his poor, pitiful a_s with a knife.

I guess HE needed protection from Elisa, but it was cool to leave Zahra with her with NO THOUGHT of even checking on her.

I think this WHOLE case was designed to get a conviction... any conviction. I hope voters will remember Adam Baker's toothless face and the OBVIOUS inconsistencies in his story concerning his daughter's MURDER and the fact that he walked away FREE when election time comes around.

Well it seems to me that if you were in constant contact with law enforcement as you have said so many times during this you should have known before now what there position was concerning his guilt or innocence. Unless you were just trying to impress the other posters and make them take you more seriously by saying that you were in contact with them.

I never said I was in constant contact with LE. Never.

I don't try to impress anyone. This is an ANONYMOUS forum.

I will leave the attempts to impress to those who take this forum personally and have the need for approval.

Thats really funny. If as you say you "don't try to impress anyone" why then were you not able to state your opinion and move on, instead of rehashing your same old diatribe over and over with the same words typed in caps for emphasis in every post over and over and over? I'm sorry but yes you have many many times alluded that you were in contact with the "authorities" as almost any poster that has read those two threads can attest. You might want to go back and pull up and read one of your posts about "pathetic liars" as you so liked calling others, because you are now describing yourself.

Baker & Zahra go into the local Newsagent in Giru . Senerio.......

He buys a couple of bloke magazines & 2 packets of smokes. The Lady behind the counter has Zahra cheerfully greet her with a big " Hello..... "

Upon the counter is placed the said above items by Baker. Then a little voice from behind the counter can be heard and the Lady sees his t shirt being pulled on and this little voice saying " Dad Dad ? YOU SAID YOU WOULD BUY ME SOMETHING FOR MY SORE LEG , DADDY."

He answers with "No Zahra , Not now Zahra, I don't have the money " . The Lady leans over the counter and kindly asks Zahra " Whats the matter honey ?"
Zahra replies saying the Ladys name " ........ I have these pains in my leg and they have been getting really bad at night time, it's really sore ....( the ladys name).

The Lady then says to Baker " I can give you a bottle of Nurefuon for her to ease the pain ".

He responds with " No , she will be ok, I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY ".

The Lady answers ," I am giving it to you for nothing and if you like when you do have the money you can pay then ".

The Lady also recommended a very good Doctor at Serene Valley to go and see who did not charge for the visits , it is Medicare funded.
He said he would look into it , the Lady insisted that she make the appointment there and then which she did .

So as many now view it ....had this sweet lovely Lady not have insisted on that Appointment ..How long would it have been before he did stop neglecting a childs plea for medical attention .

He had MONEY to buy his little pleasures ....Smokes and Magazines.....why should anyone think it would change in anyway once he went to USA !?!?.

I have never spoken of this on any site tilll now .... in the time from when I knew of this till only a month or so ago ..Giru lost the lovely Lady who gave more to people then she should have. Her business was run on Love.....if she thought or could see someone could not afford something , she wouldn't think twice in giving it to them for nothing. It's how she was .

NEGLECT EVEN BEFORE HE LEFT AUSTRALIA.( found this on another site).

Thats what everybody has been talking about... adam being afraid of elisa but leaving zahra with her.

And did any of them search where adam was for zahra's remains? How do we know he wasn't off dumping her body while Elisa was dumping her body. After all it seems like she was cut up enough to go a bunch of places.

It makes me sick to think of that! I think that sick bastard of a daddy should be charged with at least neglect of zahra. I want to know why they do not charge him with that.

Have you ever thought of calling or writing the DA and asking him?
After all I think it was his and the HPD's decision not to.
So if you want to have him charged or want to know the FACTUAL REASONS why he wasn't charged in her death that is who you need to talk to. I can honestly assure you that no one on this forum had anything whatsoever to do with the decision that they made in regards to him being charged.

Just like Elisa asked the police if they were roping off the house because they thought a murder happened in there, are you saying you think I believe someone on this forum is the reason Adam wasn't charged? Because I NEVER SAID THAT ONCE. Boy that was a really weird statement you made.

So in your mind it's weird to think that talking to or writing the only people that can give you a real answer to your questions or bring the charges that you seek against Adam Baker?
I didn't want to be so blunt but whining here won't get him charged with anything, in my honest opinion the only thing that might is a huge public outcry. You can say whatever you want to, say it's weird or say whatever else your little heart desires here on this forum but without talking to the DA and letting him know exactly how you feel about this you might as well be talking to the wall.

I met Adam, Zara and elisa. Before Elissa came to Australia Zara never had shoes, hair was never brushed and always looked dirty. Once Elissa arrived Zara got new clothes, and looked like a pretty little girl and Zara even smiled.

They need to find every reason on earth to keep him in the US. I don't think Elisa had enough smarts to do anything alone, really. If we lose this guy to the airport anywhere, he is GONE. I think one thing that needs to happen is ,to Thank God the case isn't primarily in Caldwell. Second, pray that Baker slips up. Who doesn't know where their cancer ridden, child in a wheelchair is? Really did he forget to ask? Or going to dump mattresses and purchase totes are for the heck of it. Geez. I guess we need to pray Catawba doesn't screw this up. Really, just thankful Caldwell doesn't have the sole case. Can't you just imagine that fiasco??????? Or, does Caldwell have the case? If we do.....let US pray the higher UPS step in and handle matters. This child deserves justice, not a botched investigation by a group of people who cannot focus on jobs and functioning normally. IE; protect and serve. If these ppl had their minds on putting a murderer away instead of hiding their dirty secrets, how much safer and undoubting many would feel.

I hope and pray seasoned military investigators step in before Adam flees the US. Please, put your egos aside and ask for the help for the sake of this little girl. We all know Elisa is guilty and not bright enough to do anything such as dismemberment and disposal on her own. Please bring someone else in for the child's sake. Please.
