Bill Delong, a Park City agent, said it was reassuring to learn that "we're not alone out there." Nothing he heard was a "shocker." The information also made him optimistic that the bottom of the market has arrived, or it's close, he said.

Golly, how shocking. A realtor predicting the bottom.

Never a bad time to buy especially when Wall St. will package and resell your no doc loan as AAA. The scam keeps being perpetuated in the hopes that there are more fools out there willing to "get in" at the "bottom or close to it".
