If an individual can prove damages caused by another, that individual has a right to due process in civil courts.

In a criminal case, the state is the one claiming that it has been damaged or violated. Since the state made an offer to settle out of court, once the accused accepts the offer, then the state has been made whole again. End of story.

I notice in your rant, you mentioned something about a speed machine wtf is that?
