Mar 29, 2013 Full story: USA Today 61

Tougher border security such as building bigger fences, imposing tough penalties and deporting immigrants far from where they came across have wound up encouraging those who successfully enter the U.S. to stay here for good, according to a sweeping report on migration and border security.

Wrong again as usual. There are 3 teens across the street that have their own business. They do everyone's lawns at between $30. and $65. Their parents will lend, (not give) them college money to make up for whatever they need after they save most of the money from their business. No government money for them. They are the real Americans Not part of the gimmee, gimmee, gimmee, mine, mine, mine crowd. We are very proud to have them do our odds, and end jobs, lawn, snow in winter etc. Of course there is a hard working father in the home to teach a work ethic. There are still some American families out here.

Oh gee wow, I guess I was wrong! THREE teens with their own business, now that's a breath of fresh air! Do they pay taxes and report their income to the IRS? You did say it is their own business, right? If they're the All American Family as you portray them to be, they should be contributing their fair share to society, right?

Yep.
Plenty of blame to go around.
The more liberal we become as a society, the more out of control we get.

Yes they pay taxes. And no they are not the exception. Outside our cities there are still people who are raising responsible chidren And teens that understand what it means to be responsible people.I know Democrats would like us to think all teens are booze swilling, druggies, but that isn't so.

Well I live WAY outside the cities and I haven't had ANY luck finding any responsible children regardless of their parent's political affiliation.

They aren't all on booze & drugs, but their brains are all mush the same.

Call the local Private High schools. Sometimes they can recommend someone who does lawn work. Ours are our neighbors, but they are not the only workers looking for work.

President Obama has done and outstanding job on securing the border, and that is just one of the reasons why immigration reform is even possible. I say allow all who are here now undocumented to stay, learn the English language and become a US citizen. Amnesty for all, give them a voters registration card and let them feel the power of being a patriotic American; they are already patriotic just by helping build this nation.
Caution--- this is your mind on drugs so don't do drugs!!!!!It's sad to see someone this pathetic.Good luck in your recovery.

Now you're telling us the high schools keep records of students who cut lawns and they can make recommendations? LMAO you're nuts! How do you know your neighbors kids pay taxes on their "so called" lawn business? I think you are more of a bullshitter and neighborhood nosey body more than anything else. Big deal, so you have a couple of kids who cut your lawn. I had a guy shovel snow on my walk, I guess in your world that makes him an entrepreneur.

We don't have any private high schools in the area. I've even put ads in the local paper and flyers at many stores around town; not a single response in over a year of trying.

Maybe I can find an illegal to do the job.......

The sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality, enslavers, liars, perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound doctrine. Well then, it's no wonder liberals don't want God in their lives.

Doubtful; even if they did care, how would they know I'm gay from an ad in the paper?

More likely they're just lazy.

• Furlough notices sent to presidential budget staff

The White House says 480 workers on the president's budget staff have been notified they may have to take days off without pay because of a partisan budget stalemate.

WOW, 480 PEOPLE MIGHT BE FURLOUGHED…….OUT OF HOW MANY ON THE BUDGET STAFF THAT CAN'T SEEM TO PRODUCE A BUDGET IN OVER FOUR YEARS………..Bloated is the operational word here.

You're the first person to mention anything about "gay." I think you're gay and you're testing the water to see if anyone is willing to put their bone in your mouth. I bet you like that, huh?

Its better that all the charlatans and gays come out of the closet at the same time. It saves wear and tear on the door.
