Gas theft suspect convicted

A Ramsey County jury this afternoon found a man guilty of possessing a homemade device used to steal gasoline from vehicles.

so - 2 felonies - back to back - in Minnesota - but no weapon and no physical violence.
I bet he gets probation on the 1st one - and a year and a day on the 2nd one.
