Why isn't the animal shelter in Lewis County doing anything? I know there's one in Centralia...wonder if it's a city shelter, or a county shelter?

This is a direct result of ignornat humans. Idiots need to Spay/neuter! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure the problem out. Sometimes you can't fix stupidity.

I agree that spaying and neutering is the only way to fix the problem. The county should come in and humanely trap the cats and have a neutering/spaying facility available to fix each one. Then offer them for adoption to the townspeople who have been feeding them then the rest to the general public.

People are so stupid. Any time you adopt a pet from the animal shelter, it has to be fixed before it can come home with you. Then there would not be a problem in podunk vader. Wise up people. You caused your own problem, now fix it...
