CMF inmate faces additional years in prison
A 60-year-old inmate at the California Medical Facility prison in Vacaville, serving a 125-years-to-life sentence, is looking at having up to four additional years behind bars for allegedly possessing a syringe found in his prison cell.

Someone care to explain WHY the State is wasting taxpayer money on hearings and a trial for this POS when he won't even be eligible for parole until the year 2119? What a total waste of taxpayer dollars!
