This is basically a victimless crime. Just fire the teacher and call it good. Let's not drag this out for a year in the courts, only to have the lawyers get rich. I'm sure the 17-year-old doesn't feel like a victim.

Takes two to tango????!! Wow, what very immature logic!!

The teacher is the 'adult'. In any type of situation such as this one, it is the 'adult's' responsibility to never allow these kind of scenarios to ever occur! Hopefully, you don't have any children! And, if you do, I wonder if you had a daughter, would you have the same opinion of your daughter's male teacher if this similar story came about? Would you tell your teen daughter that her teacher was jut trying to teach her a little something something?(Whatever something, something means - sounds like some kind of ghetto term for your lack of, or your limited vocabulary).
You're just sick!

Sorry, but this is one of life's "double standards". In our society, it is not that big a deal with a female teacher and a male student. Have you ever known of a 17-year-old male student to play the "I'm a victim" card in one of these cases? No. This is a "notch on his belt"...a story to tell in college. On the other hand, if it's a male teacher and a female student, well, grab your pitchforks! We would have angry mobs yelling words like "pedophile" and "pervert", calling for the teacher to be hanged in public.
In this case, there is no victim.

What if it was a male teacher would it be a victimless crime if the male student was gay just wondering what ppl think and yes I disagree about the double standard. parents don't send children to school to get it on, they send them to learn

He'd been doing the deed since December, 2009. He is not a victim.

Trust me, there's more of this going on than you think, and I'm not just talking about sex with students. There are teachers getting high with their students, and on and on and on. No, we don't send our kids to school to "get it on", but why do parents send their kids to school, if it's to learn, well then, that isn't happening, so let them have sex and get high so we can really dumb down the country. Makes it easier for the socialists to take over

Watch, the molester will get a slap on the wrist like all the other female molesters! What will it take for people (especially males)to realize this is a CRIME. I quess the female molester will have to molest male babies in daycare for people to take this seriously(especially males). "Fantasy is not like Reality" you jerks! Who knows what kind of DEVIANT behaviour she introduced him to. Males out there maybe your young females family members you care about, will learn this Deviant behaviour...No so amusing now is it.

He would feel the same. Remember Emjoe is the guy who has bragged of hitting his 5 year old daughter in order to teach her right from wrong. He would say it was completely her fault and that she deserved it. All of his past posts point to this reaction. He has about as much empathy for victims as he has brains. Zero.
