Yes - whether you believe in Karma during life or after death, or both, it's certain to happen.
Where did you read about the man? On this forum?

I read about him not on this particular story, but he was talked about under another story. They didn't say he killed her, they said someone that people believe may have been involved was driving drunk with his girlfriends daughter in the car. I don't remember if he died, or the daughter died. Sorry I can't be of more help as to which story it was posted under, but ask around, as it was a native VVillian I believe that said it.

From what I understand he was visiting his father who was dying of Cancer. After the visit he was involved in a wreck that killed his 12 year old daughter and while seriously injured his back.

My daughter Heather was also brutally murdered in Vacaville and her case has gone unsolved for many years. I have never seen this web site, but had received information regarding deanna and was interested in her case. The Solano County Sheriffs Department is a joke. They spend their time dealing with narcotics and do not spend much time at all solving homicide cases unless it is a shooting with an obvious suspect or someone is killed who has some political clout. It's been 7-years and nothing has been done on my daughter's case. There is a killer loose in Solano County area. The press keeps speaking about Heather's addiction, but the truth is that Heather had only been using for a few months and she knew very few people in the Vacaville area. She worked in Solano County, paid taxes and attended college. She always went with people she knew and whoever killed her probably knew her or it was a friend of someone she knew. This individual is very familiar with the Vacaville area and has more than likley done this before. Anyone can go on myspace.com/justiceforheather .

Sorry for your loss. But why just blame the police (in this case, the Sheriff's Department). Would you rather someone be charged without solid evidence thus allowing this guilty party (assuming they might have a suspect, and assuming he/she is guilty) getting off forever?

You're a little hypocritical here too. You fault the Sheriff's Department for spending time dealing with narcotics but just maybe their time dealing with narcotics have prevented some other young girl or two from getting in her same type predicament. Perhaps if the Sheriff's Department had been able to devolt more time earlier in narcotics, Heather may not have been "only using for a few months" and then being found dead.

Yes I realize that your daughter's death may not have even involved drugs but you are slamming law enforcement without seeming to relize some deaths happen because of the drug culture. Perhaps even your daughter's.

Again sorry about your loss but perhaps you should place some of the blame on yourself too rather than faulting law enforcement.

What a sad situation for this family. The family does not have closure. This type of hurt never goes away.

FYI

If you want to know where all the Solano County Sheriffs and Deputy DA hang out. They hang out at Starbucks on the corner of Texas and Jefferson stree in Fairfield.

There always lined up getting coffee and pastries especially during the weekdays in the morning before court begins.

Yes a sad situation for the family but my argument is in defense of law enforcement and what they do, or as in the writers case do not do especially for her reasons stated. So I still stand behind my comments.

As for your "FYI" to me. So? When you had a job did you not go to coffee with coworkers and friends? Did you not have brakes?

Do you know this information because you're often in court? In one of your other posts about marijuana you stated you was out of work so I know you do not work. Are you there for court cases, an observor, a juror, a witness, of a defendant? You don't have to answer.

But you also stated in your other post:

"Most people cannot find a decent job."
You have "...the job skills and education. But employers are expecting too much for less pay."
"Kind regards."

So going back to my defense of law enforcement. Are you jealous of the Deputies and Deputy DA's? Are you jealous you do not have the skills and education to be a Deputy DA or Deputy Sheriff? Are you jealous they are getting paychecks and you are unemployed? Or are you just mad at yourself because you made some poor choices in life? Or are you just arguing that this is why law enforcement has not found the responsible(s) for Heather's murder? If the latter is your answer you may be lacking in the education you alleged you have in your earlier post.

With that, best regards to you too. I do hope you find employment, employment that is not expecting too much for less pay. Good luck. Meanwhile try not to be to jealous at those that are successful. It won't change anything for you.

DeAnna Johnson's mother has never given up hope that her daughter's murder will be solved, although yes... the names of the killers (there were said to be more than one,) are out there. If anybody will come forward as a witness, they will gain $50,000 and a lot of gratitude from the family and our community.

DeAnna was 14 when she was murdered and she was so brutally slain, she could only be identified by dental records. She had gone to a party in her neighborhood where most of the party-goers were older than she was. Drugs and alcohol were being used.

One of the suspects was involved in a auto accident on the anniversary of DeAnna's death years later and his own daughter died in the wreck. By a strange twist of cosmic justice, the girl's mother refused to give information to the Grand Jury at the time DeAnna's death was being investigated.

Yes- his last name began with "A"- and I went to school with Deanna and the "A" boys from Elem. through Junior High. I remember the rumors when she was murdered about one from this family that was part of her murder. People were too afraid of this family to come forward and testify. So, in my opinion, God has a way of dealing with people- doesn't He? We may not always see it- but it happens.

Does this "A" family still live in Vacaville? Yes, they are cursed and serve Satan and will reap what they sow.

So was he a friend? A neighbor? A classmate? Or someone at this party? Did anyone see her leave the party? Pardon my questions but I do not know any of the background of this story.

It was my understanding that a gay gal was the main suspect.... what the hell was her name.... there weren't many gay chicks who were out in high school...god what was her name.... was it Ty? People have to remember this was a violent attack her head was completely disseminated with a rock. The gay connection makes more since…sweet girl little too much somin somin leaves with gay girl.. gay girl thinks she’s got a chance…makes her move only to be rejected and humiliated and looses her mind. I went to school with Richard Ariza and he was the sweetest big boy, I believe he did die of an illness a few years back
